The bathroom is awful

The hotel is OK, the services is good, breakfast is good also. The bad thing for me is the bathroom in the room, it should be a completely separate space in the room, but it isn't.

Great experience

Staff was extremely nice, super accommodating, friendly, everyone had a smile and was willing to help. Since the moment me and partner arrived, they made us feel welcome. Room was super nice and modern. THANK YOU

Not a comfortable hotel

Rooms are not comfortable...everything is cramped up together maximizing space use I assume...Ibdid not like it

Nice hotel near Parque 93

Pros: The friendliness of the staff and the delicious breakfast.
Cons: The layout of the bathroom.
Location: Parque 93 is a very nice,safe residental area but prices of food and drink are much higher in this area than in other areas of Bogota.
Pleasant hotel near Parque 93 and within walkng distance of zona T. Hotel staff are very friendly and polite. Breakfast was great. All in all a great stay.

Great hotel in Parque 93

Pros: I liked the comfort and coziness of the room, and the location in a nice, upscale area of Bogota.
Cons: The breakfast. I don't eat pork, so I couldn't eat the eggs and the meat since the eggs had ham and the cold cuts were all pork options.
Location: Great location with a ton of cafes and restaurants nearby.
Excellent hotel! Smooth check-in experience, warm and inviting staff, rooms are clean and modern, TVs have international channels, fast wifi which was useful for uploading all the pictures I took backpacking through Colombia, best shower I've had in Colombia, comfortable bed, average breakfast.

Great service but the property needs some help

The shower in the room flooded every day. We told them about the problem and the swore they fixed it every time. Nothing was done to compensate the blanket of towels we had to deal with every day.

Small rooms with disruptive online pictures

The room I booked was not what I expected at all so I had to make an upgrade that cost me extra money. Once I got the best room of the hotel the shades didn't work so you could only open one of the windows. It's noisy during the night because of the rooftop bar. I would definitely choose a different hotel for that price range.
