Ok so this is the thing i used tonstay here a lot and it was a beautiful hotel, it had everything and almost 4 to 5 star experience, my surprise returning this year is that this place is not a hotel anymore, the reception is close, they hay a reception in a room in the second floor, they do have parking and a 24 hour security but not a hotel any more, the rooms are nice, housekeeping in great, but they are selling the rooms individually tillnthey can close the hotel, so there is no a hotel sensation at all, no room service, no breakfast, no concierge, no receptionist, nothing, the wifi is just plain bad, they close the computers zone, the tv keep failing every night, the furniture is now just old, whoever is managing this place really doesn't want it anymore! The only good thing the security guys were soo attentive and nice! This place is done! Too bad! This will be my last time at lloyds.

There was no silverware, forks, spoons, or butter knives in the furnished apartment studio. The stove tops are old and take 30 minutes to heat up anything. The room smelt musty and there was construction noise from the adjacent room that could heard all day.

Hotel staff is well trained and makes you feel welcome; hotel room I stayed is not new and mattress and pillows are not comfortable. Street traffic noise wakes you early if you are not already awake because sun light.

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Bogota. Rooms are spacious with a convenient kitchenette. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. It's close to the very popular Park 93 which has shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend if staying in that area.

Front desk person at night the best employee this place have, hi was great and helpful. Hotel needs little maintenance, but remember this place is coming back from pandemic and they hit so bad actually you can see how many stores around closed.

This apart-hotel did not have a laundry, even though the add clarearly said "laundry facilities". One of the great advantages of of having an apartment rather then an hotel is the laundry and the kitchen. Not having a laundry removes most of the bwnefit. The apartment was also quite cold, which made it a bit uncomfortable. They should probably have a heater in the room. Apart from that the flats are nice and well located.

I loved my stay at Lloyd's, it is wonderfully located right in the heart of one of the best areas in Bogota. The rooms have some age but very well kept. They are spacious and have everything you need for an extended stay. The best part of the hotel is the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. I recommend Lloyd's and will certainly be coming back here in my next stay.

Lloyd’s was much more then I expected. Their staff is very friendly. Suites are cleaned daily and towels are replaced daily as well. It’s a nice place to stay clean and calm no complaints. I felt safe and would definitely stay here again.

The personnel is extremely cordial, and ready to help any time. They even memorized the names of everybody. The location its in the fine area. The service of laundry is outstanding. The kitchen is very well equipped with kitchen, big refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker machine, at each apartment, free coffee in the lobby, good wifi, The place and area are very safe. There are world class malls, restaurants, pharmacies, cafeterias, bakeries and other shopping stores near by. I will stay again in Lloyds next time that I go to Bogota.

The hotel Lloyds was fantastic. Very accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping staff was always friendly and understanding (coming later if we slept in or skipping a day at our request). All staff greeted upon arrival and departure of hotel, again super friendly. No concerns at all with my staff. My husband and I really had a great time and loved our three week stay.

Nice Apartment Suite Hotel
Great Hotel. Very friendly front desk, and they try their best to make you comfortable. Nice apartment suites and very comfortable. Highly recommended. One suggestion to the hotel owners or management. Replace the windows with noise canceling windows and you will compete with all the surrounding hotels at Parque 93. Just start with one floor which has 8 apartment suites and keep going. It will be the best investment to the hotel.

My wife and I were really impressed with this hotel. The staff is wonderful and professional. The hotel manager is often in the lobby and he is truly a gracious gentleman always helpful and very positive his staff as well trained , & extremely efficient. The staff assisted in several excursions usually with Uber to various parts of Bogota. They also helped and getting food for us even sometimes calling to local restaurants and bringing it up to our room. My only criticism is that we were first put into a very nice large room but where there was lots of traffic noise. We requested a quieter room and they were able to accommodate us literally immediately with a lovely room a little bit farther upstairs for the back of the hotel and it was perfect for us. We really would enjoy coming back again to this hotel.

From the moment you walk in the door the staff is EXTREMELY helpful in every aspect possibly. My wife and I were there for 3 weeks; everyday it felt like home. We have booked our next stay here for 2 weeks in December.

Great location, very good breakfast (which can be sent to the room free of charge) and conformatble overall - downside is the hotel is old and not in great conditions, bed not very comfortable and shower with low water pressure. However, taking into account the price - it is a very good stay. For a couple of nights it was perfect

This hotel need to be updated very badly could not even plug in my laptop to charge bacause the plugs are all 2 prong. Only one elevator and its very small normally full of cleaning supplies and staff. Breakfast was not great. Had to ne in Bogota for 4 nights I checked out of this place after the first night. Good luck

Great location and a very comfortable stay
It's a great location ,right next to Parque 93. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Good TV selection. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The only negative was the toilet didn't broke down at one point and they didn't have a maintenance department so the receptionist had to look into it... Maintenance is essential for any accomodation.
