Hot water

After 24 hours from Los Angeles to Dallas TX we came to the hotel only cause it was next to our apartment that we are getting the next day . We were so happy eventually to take a shower which we find that there is no hot water in the shower and the staff didn't tell us when we came to check in they just wanted our money. It was the worst nightmare I ever had in my life ,even in the jungles of Brazil during one of my trips I had hot water and for an hotel not to have hot water it's ridiculous. Will not recommend this hotel to no one.

Great hotel

I enjoyed my stay as always! I book this hotel every time I come to Dallas. The stuff is always nice and the room is always clean.

The breakfast is great the rooms are super clean the staff at the front desk uncooperative and not the friendliest girl to deal with.

Great place to stay if you’re in the area. Room was clean , well furnished. Did Not try the breakfast.

Good experience

The front desk need to be a little faster during transactions. It almost took one 15 mins just to ring up a sale and longer to check in Overall hotel is need and updated

We spend the night here once a month because it is convenient to where we are going. The rooms have been clean and the breakfast is always great.

Parking

I really enjoyed my stay until my last night. There was some type of event down stairs and people who didn't have a room at the hotel took up all the parking spots and since there weren't any parking spots left, the security stated that we (who had a room) had to park across the street, but I refused to park across the the street because I had a room at the hotel. So I had to park in a constructed location on the premises.

In addition to the event that took place, we had a very, very large group, in-house. I apologize for the miscommunication as well, those who are sleeping here park in our parking lot.
