What Happen Extended Stay???

I have stayed at this location in the past and never had a problem. Room was always clean and stay was always friendly. The room this was less than terrible.

It's cheap

It was cheap, that's about it. They should remove breakfast as an amenity as it was coffee and mini muffins, that's it. A.C. was basically not working and for an extended stay, you better bring everything, I was almost surprised they had towels.

Extended Stay Coit Road-Dallas bad experience

I was so disappointed in Extended Stay @ Coit Road as I had it booked since Tuesday prior to my Friday arrival. The clerk told me she was sold out. Then 4 other guests came in behind me. They each showed their confirmation #! Nope , no rooms! She then tried for over 45 minutes to get ahold another Extended Stay facility. Finally found one 3 mi away. I drove to it with my papers that the Coit Receptionist gave me. At the new Extended Stay, the desk attendant said he could NOT give us a room for those prices, but we had to pay standard 1queen room for $96.00!!!!! No way. After an hour, I and the other "transferred guests" were allowed a room. So between the first Coit Road situation and the delay at Greenville new facility,, it took me 2 1/2 hours to get into a room, then the new facility room had no light bulbs in 4 lamps! And no ICE machine on premises. So I was very VERY disappointed/upset. Why make a reservation!

Total mistake

First hotel was overbooked Second hotel a.c. barely kept room cool toilet was clogged could not get anyone to fix for 2 days. Also took over half the day to get more clean towels. Worst experience ever had

Needs Attention

It was ok I guess. The lamp in the room was broken and the room wasn't all that clean. missing a shower curtain, but front desk brought one upon request.
