Not a first or second choice

Is it that hard to clean and provide towels to the customers? The people were friendly, but failed at daily upkeep.

I initially had to change rooms because it was so filthy. There was food in the refrigerator, dirty towels, dirty tables, dirty toilet and no toilet paper. The front desk person was so overwhelmed. This was the worst experience I ever had to check into a room. Fortunately, after waiting, I was reassigned a room for which the front desk still had to clean in order for me to move in. After a bumpy start, we made it work. Some of the guests were overly friendly. One man tried to take from my pizza box and come into my room. Most bizarre experience ever.

Not bad for the price

The full size fridge was a plus. But there's nothing to cook with in the room. I imagine it's available at the front desk though.

If you're trying to save it's a choice

My first night o couldn't check in and ended up having to get a room at another place because there lobby was closed. That was an annoying way to start I picked the place for its price. Next morning front desk was really nice and check in was quick. I liked having the corner room. AC unit was wicked loud but it was just enough space.

Pretty decent hotel for the price, the area is not 100% quiet as it is close to a freeway entrance/exit. Room has no bells & whistles, it's small, but does the trick for a quick/efficient trip. Kitchenette did not have any flatware/dishware/etc. Unsure if it would be delivered from Front Desk, but just a heads up in case you are planning to use kitchenette.

Below poor customer service

Ok...but was the quality of a cheap motel

The good: location is convenient, price is awesome, bed somewhat comfy, service very decent. The bad: neighbors were loud and said lots of profanity not appropriate for my two toddlers, the customer service agent openly criticized one of the customers she checked in after he left--but was polite to him (it was unprofessional) ; the room smelled and bathroom looked dirty. The ugly: there was hair everywhere on floor (my daughter dropped a gummy bear and it was covered in hair), the refrigerator was completely non-functional and smelled nauseatingly horrible (the freezer was warm too), the toilet needed a good scrub and did not look at all pleasant
