Rooms have not been vacuumed in a while. A very crowded hotel and the sound proofing is suboptimal.

Umm got to hotel and found out it was over booked but they still took the money out of my account then sent to a their sister hotel. Which mind you was the ugly step sister.

Homewood away from Home for Business

Comfortable Suite setting in the North East Area of Dallas. - Great for a business stay in the area. - Not too much in the local walking area but only a short car ride away from restaurants and shopping. - I'll stay here again.

Fine for a quick stop

Some nice renovations to the lobby and bathrooms. Beds were not comfortable and we found a LOT of hairs in both of our beds. The couch/sofa was very old and worn down. The pillows on it were just plain sad. Very saggy. The carpets were also quite old and worn. Breakfast was about average - the hot food (eggs, turkey sausage, tater tots) wasn't great but there was a good variety (muffins, waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, etc...). The fresh pineapple was excellent. Kids loved the indoor pool.

Exspected better with front clerk

My experience with the front desk when checking in was very very rude and disrespectful.I showed her what y'all showed me I was to pay and she informed me it was 322.00 and some change,I said forget it and would go somewhere else because that was not what y'all quoted me. She informed me any other hotel had those charges and I wouldn't find one.. All said and done the manager took care of problem,even though his actions wasn't to friendly about it. Your cleaning staff was very polite and helpful. The older lady that does breakfast has a few rude manners and not friendly unless you looked a certain standard. That's how my stay was.

Close to galleria and many eating places

Found a used shower cap and a hair in our sink... I called ahead to let them know we would be checking in late and we would need all the linens for the sofa bed but when we got to our room we had no sheets, covers or anything for the sofa bed.. and when I called the front desk.. which it was past midnight they told me they would see what they could find.. other than that the room was beautiful exactly what we were expertly minus the little hiccups we had.. also breakfast was AMAZING!!!!!!
