Outdated hotel but nice staff

The hotel was very outdated. Bathroom was super tiny. The worst part was the highway noise. Im pretty sure sitting under the highway in my vehicle was quieter than in our room! However the staff was nice and courteous. The room was clean.

Trashy not classy

We read the reviews for this hotel and were quite disappointed to find that this was actually not a nice place to stay. When we arrived at the hotel after a long flight, we wanted to relax in a nice environment, only to find that we would not find that here at Wyndham Dallas Suites - Park Central. Our room had peeling wall paper in 3 separate corners of the room, there were used and dirty tissues left on the shelves, al of the heating vents had a 1/4" of dust on them, and when we took our first shower, the drain was clogged and the tub filled up immediately. I called ahead of our stay to see if they had a microwave we could use in our room and was told that they would bring one up to the room for us; when we arrived, there was no microwave in the room and I was told that it would cost us $10 a night to have to have a microwave. We also decided to try the breakfast buffet the morning of our flight out because it was convenient, this also was a huge disappointment. The food was worse than a free buffet at a cheap hotel and it was $14.99 per person. My oldest son who eats everything and always finishes his food would not take more than a couple of bites. On top of all of this disappointment, after booking 5 nights with Wyndham, our return flight home was cancelled and Wyndham would not give us a decent, or even matched price on the room to stay one more night until our next flight. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with this stay and will definitely not be staying here again.

Perfect location to see Dallas

Enjoyed our stay very much. Our suite was spacious and well kept. The bar and restaurant was convenient as well. Location was also fantastic as it seemed we were 15 minutes away from everything we wanted to visit.

Building 3 was terrible- the room had holes in the wall, carpet was well worn and buckling and shower curtain was dirty

Broken fixtures in bathroom, slow flushing toilet, and no toilet paper on 1st night. Also, room smelled of smoke coming through the vents.

Nice and large room, good climate control, unfortunately some bugs in the washroom otherwise nice stay.

"Not very clean room"

Room was not very clean ..sofa bed had dirty bed sheets... room cleaning lady found a box of cigarettes & cigarette lighter in the pillow case.. I was really upset my little boy had to see that...

Fine but for the maid service

Pros: Location, design, front desk staff.
Cons: Instructions to cleaning staff, see above.
Location: Lots of places to eat close by. Easy access to Route 75 to downtown Dallas. Easy to get to from the airports.
The hotel is great, well located and well designed. The reception desk staff is very helpful. However, the maid service leaves something to be desired. Most importantly, the "green" card instructing guests to hang their towels if they wish to re-use them and save water is a joke. This isn't uncommon in the big hotel chains. The bathroom water-environmentally friendly card is good for propaganda but they don't actually tell their staff to follow those rules. Shame on all of you! Also, replacing spent soap and hand lotion would have been good.
