Copper Bottom is a value from a price standpoint. The unit was clean and comfortable, but had a terrible odor that waxed and waned. Our unit faced the street and was very noisy which made sleep difficult. The hot tub was unavailable for reasons that were unclear. The desk staff were variable in their helpfulness. Check in was easy and smooth. When we requested a later check out, we were refused without even checking.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. There are certainly some areas where we can improve our guests' experience based on your review. The Hot Tub is no longer in operation, and hasn't been for a couple of years. We do not market or sell the hot tub as part of the stay, however, there is still signage throughout the building that the HOA has not yet removed. Thank you for sharing your experience. We have taken your comments to heart.

The building needs a complete renovation.

Posted Feb 11, 2017
Pros: The Wyndham staff was beyond wonderful! Thank you to all who spoke to us from the moment we entered. They moved us
Cons: Complete renovation that sound proofs the unit.
Location: The location is superb with all imaginable amenities nearby.
The entrance has a humid musty smell. The lighting is non existent and you almost wonder if there is a plan to renovate as there has been no real maintenance. The unit we were put in 202 is right on a very busy road.

Comfortable

Posted Jan 11, 2017
For a short vacation (3 nights) it was fine. The room was new and clean with all necessities. The view of mountain was nice but not the very busy, noisy highway right beside the room. Overall was good for price, staff was very welcoming and rooms not on the highway are probably great

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. The location of the Copperbottom Inn is great for access to downtown, but comes with the downtown busy-ness. We thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience and for choosing to stay with us.

Great value

Posted Nov 29, 2016 on Hotels
This was a great value. We ended up getting a decently sized room for a much more affordable price than the other options we were considering, and the bed was comfortable and the room was clean which is pretty much the only thing I care about. My wife didn't like how small the TVs were, and the elevator and building weren't in pristine condition. It's also lacked a gym and the sauna and hot tub downstairs didn't seem all that enticing. But those factors didn't get in the way of us enjoying our Park City stay and it was nice to be able to save some money.

Great layout with two bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. Property needs updating. Carpets needed cleaning. Good price for a two night stay

Nice Condo 5 minutes away from Historic Main Stree

Posted Sep 8, 2016
The room was nice 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, washer, dryer, balcony, fireplace, fully stocked kitchen. Cons: They have 2 20 inch tvs 1 20 inch in the livingroom, 1 in the room. We were better off with out laptops. This is a really nice place they should also invest in getting bigger tvs at least 47 inch ppl come on. This place does NOT have a hot tub although they advertise they do, and th sauna does not work.

Great but missing a couple things

Posted Sep 2, 2016
The condo is a great place to get away and relax. We liked the close walk to main Street. The fire place was great for those cold nights it kept the room cozy. The look of the condo was what you'd want from a ski town. It felt like staying in a small cabin/condo. The only bad thing was it said there was a hot tub so we went to find it and all there was is a sauna. They should change the sign so that it doesn't say there's a hot tub if there isn't one

Weird checkIn

Posted Aug 29, 2016 on Orbitz
Okay. The price was good. The bed was comfy. The check in required calling the 800 # for a code. Then going to a building two doors away and finding a box to key in that code. Then inside there is a pacquet with the keys. Very non-Wyndham experience. Evidently part of these units are privately owned. Others are Wyndham. Building utself is dark and dingy as are the rooms. Tiny tv. Might be ok for skiers. Pickle Jar restaurant in house was good for breakfast esp cheese grits!
