A privately owned fully furnished two-story townhouse located in the Fox Point at Redstone within the Kimball Junction area of Park City only a 30 minute freeway drive from Salt Lake City airport. One of Park City's newest developments it is within an easy walk to restaurants, stores, movie theater and bowling alley. It is conveniently located only minutes from three world-class ski resorts, Historic Old Town Park City and championship golf courses. Adjacent to the 1055 acre Swaner nature Preserve, home to many species of wild life, you are just a few steps away from the miles of trails. Sitting across from Utah's Olympic Park you can see the ski jumps and the convenient access to the freeway allows for exploration of the Wasatch Mountains and all it has to offer. This gorgeous townhome is a two bedroom, two and a half bath unit with 1300 square feet of living space and sleeps six. The townhome features a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and HD Smart TV. The dinning area provides seating for 6 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. Dishes, flatware, glassware, and all cooking utensils are provided including a coffee maker, microwave, toaster and dishwasher for your convenience. The living room with fireplace, HD Smart TV and half bathroom are on the first floor. The master suite on the upper level has a king size bed, walk in closet, alarm clock, HD Smart TV and private bath with twin sinks, shower and separate large jetted tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and is located on the upper level. It has an attached garage and the shared driveway area is heated. The laundry room complete with a washer and dryer. Technology equipped with three HD Smart TV’s and a blu ray player, the unit is High-Speed WiFi enabled. Getting around is convenient with the free Park City Transit Service. You can be dropped off at any of the three ski resorts, downtown Park City, or shopping centers. A pick-up point is located just a short walk at Redstone Marketplace. Lovely Space
We had a wonderful experience with this townhome. Check in was super easy. The house was well stocked, clean, and had everything that was listed. The area that the townhouse was located was both convenient and beautiful with its spaciousness and landscaping. There was only one thing that I was ever do slightly disappointed about... the jets didn’t work in the jetted tub. But, over all we LOVED the townhome. We will be making it a point to visit again.

AMAZING LOCATION with phenomenal property owners.
I SO enjoyed my time at this property! It had EVERYTHING I could have wanted during my stay. Conveniently located near dining, grocery stores, shopping and trails, I truly felt at home at this property. Definitely recommend. Property owner is excellent!

The townhome was just as listed. Amenities were nice and the home was immaculate. Just loved the comfort of master bed. Nice home on a quiet street. Close to preserve walking path and many other walkable amenities . Would stay again.
