It wasn’t the property, it was the service at Alamo Rent-a-car. We waited in line for 40 min. and just as we got to the front, 2nd agents walked off for a break and never came back. It took us an hour to get our car.

Super friendly & helpful checkin, easy underground parking, very clean, centrally located, and comfortable. Checkout is early (10 am), so we asked and were kindly provided with an extension to 11 am. That didn’t stop housekeeping from knocking on our door three times to ask “when are you leaving?” Not sure if it was not communicated between departments, or what the issue was. Not a big deal; just unusual and a bit annoying.

It was a great stay until the adjoining room decided to smoke pot in the middle of the night and fill our room that awful smell. Really ruined our evening of relaxation.
