This hotel should have been five star, but was dragged down by several things:
1. We arrived for breakfast at 9am and were told there was a 40min wait for a table. Having paid $1000 for our room, this was outrageous.
2. Attempting to have a shower at 8am, there was no way to adjust the temperature. On giving up and deciding to have a bath, I found out the cold pipe had hot water coming out of it.
3. Many little demonstrations of disorganization- the valet parking could not find our car keys, despite having the docket. The person came to make up our room even tho we were checking out. We left our luggage with the guest services after checking out, and they couldnt find it all.
