Just right

Posted Feb 13, 2017
Cons: A microwave would be a nice addition. Also, coffee or water in the lobby.
The hotel location is convenient. The room was just right for two people, homey with a fireplace and a very comfy bed. Beautiful lobby and helpful staff.

Thanks for the remarks Mary.We totally appreciate the suggestions. Most rooms have full kitchens including microwaves. All Standard rooms can access a shared microwave. Although we do not have coffee in the lobby, all hotel room equipped with Kuerig single-cup brew stations; since we have a coffee shop off the lobby (Kneaders) we figure that suffices. And we do have water in the lobby, maybe it was being refreshed? // Enjoy the Journey, Chris Eggleton, General Manager

A lovely hotel for a ski trip.

Posted Feb 12, 2017
Pros: entering the lobby, you really feel like you are at an upscale hotel. The rooms are a little small but nicely done.
Cons: Seemed like things decided to break that week: ice maker, clothes dryer. But the staff quickly jumped in to rectify things. Hot tub wasn't very hot.
Location: Park City is just up the road. We often went there to shop or eat. Yet it was nice to get out of the congestion. Being close to I 80 was handy.
The hotel has lovely architecture and interiors. It's located towards the rear of a relatively new multi use development. There is a whole shopping center with grocery stores and restaurants right there. Across the highway and down slightly is outlet shopping. So if you need anything, it's there. It's a great location if you want to go to Park City or head up into the Cottonwood Canyons. The housekeeping staff was very good. Staff in general was good. I personally loved the deep tub in our bathroom. Ended up soaking there in hot water after skiing. There is a very nice gym, pool, and hot tub. Parking was easy. I wish there was a map of the development handy. We spent quite a bit of time walking and driving around to figure out what was there. On our last day we discovered a ski shop right behind the hotel.

Thank for the feedback. Appreciate all the details. As an update, we ordered new Ice Machines after battling them this week. And we have a 12'x14' map wall print in production to assist with the local areas in addition to the very interactive website we have that details all types of "walk-able" features. All good suggestions. // Enjoy the Journey, Chris Eggleton, General Manager

Everything you need is nearby. Food, shopping, etc.

Posted Feb 6, 2017
Pros: Great suite. Close to dining, shopping, etc.
Cons: Overall service from the front desk needs to improve. Wasn't able to help with a simple request of printing a boarding pass w/ business center down.
Location: Near freeway. Skiing, shopping, dining, everything.
Housekeeping staff is super friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was not as friendly and seemingly robotic in a sense.

Wow, we definitely have problems if the Front Desk cannot help with printing a boarding pass. We happen to be hiring for a Manager, in case anyone is seeking a job :-) I will ensure this simple issue is addressed. We appreciate your feedback! // Enjoy the Journey, Chris Eggleton, General Manager

Nice hotel in Kimball Junction

Posted Jan 25, 2017
This was a very nice hotel. The room was small but comfortable with fireplace, heated bathroom floor and mini fridge. Also has shops and restaurants as well as shuttle stop right outside. My only complaints are that they ran out of washcloths and the pool, which was supoise to be heated, was freezing.

Great location.

Hotel is not brand new and a few things were worn, but it was clean and well managed. Would be great if 2 bedroom was available. Location is great with restaurants, shopping, entertainment nearby, most in walking distance. Close to Park Ridge ski areas and SLC. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

Posted Jan 21, 2017
Pros: Great location. Wonderful rooms.
Cons: Would have liked more vending machines. Only one of the third floor.
Location: Right off the freeway from the airport so an easy drive. Short drive to Park City ski area. Great restaurants nearby - especially the bakery
Wonderful hotel with great restaurants connected to the hotel so we didn't have to brave the cold, Close to Park City for skiing. Easy drive from the airport.

Not able to sleep , very cold and noisy ,

Posted Jan 3, 2017
Pros: hotel is near whole food market and my room has kitchenette
Cons: to improve the heating system and thermostat in the room , my room was extremely cold. should hire some trained employees for customer service
Location: good location near whole food market
the room was extremely cold I had to go to the best buy store to buy a fan heater .I request from the front desk for a quite room but he gave me a room next to parking lot with a lot of delivery for retail stores at 3 or 4 am in the morning ,

Well this type of response isn't great to read. Having functional HVAC is obviously critical and guest should never need to purchase heaters, we can offer one complimentary if requested. None the less, it is hard to address all aspects of our walk-to/from town center location. One of the perks of being able to walk to Wholefoods, Starbucks, etc. does come with the need to deliver their goods. Rooms inside the interior of the building will definitely insulate street noise, but end units have better views and more windows - hard to choose. - Chris Eggleton, General Manager
