The hotel is very clean and what you'd expect from a Marriott property. Pool and hottub close at 9, which is totally understandable, because about 25 rooms have balconies or are walk outs that are actually inside the atrium where the pool and hot tub are. Now for the bad.... The hotels wifi is absolutely horrible, signal strength is poor causing lots of drops in connection. Normally, you'd just switch over to your cell, but cell reception is also very poor (1 bar). All of the tvs had a problem with their internet connection, which meant no streaming, hbo etc... TV wasnt a huge deal but trying to answer work emails at night was problematic. The front desk staff where great! Checkin process was fast and painless. They were genuinely nice people. Cleaning staff too! Very polite and caring. The waiter at the breakfast buffet though was not. He was abrupt and HIGHLY focused on us paying the bill quickly. He didnt like that we didn’t have a voucher from Marriot elite and as a result brought the check, waited for me to hand him my credit card then came back and stood 3 feet behind me until i signed the receipt. I saw him do this with others too. This is completely unacceptable behavior.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that we did have a power outage days prior to your stay which damaged our internet/wifi switch requiring new parts. This has subsequently been replaced, and all wifi and internet tv is back to 100% capacity.Thank you again for staying with us.

The first room we were given was unclean from previous guest. We were then moved to a room that was connected to the pool. It was very loud and noisy in the room looks to be a downgrade from a previous room, after going back to the front desk for a third time, we were given a room that was clean. It was just a huge hassle. And finally in the morning when he went to get breakfast, they had it set up as a buffet style breakfast, all of the plates and so we’re we’re we’re dirty and the food was stale, dry and flavorless and cost $20 a person. Overall the whole experience was very disappointing and would not recommend.

Free water bottles and keurig in each room with Starbucks pods. Also has on site Starbucks, as well as free treats and snacks in the lobby. There’s construction in the parking lot right now and their overflow parking is across the street. Also the pool closes at 9pm, which seems early.

The room we stayed in was clean. The door had a huge gap when closed and you could see straight into iut room from the hallway. We hung a towel over the door to block the gap the best we could. You can hear everything from the people upstairs and in the hallway. We were kept up until 4 am because the person above was stomping around and thier dog was barking all night. Very unpleasant stay and wish i could get a refund

Lovely hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are very clean and you don't have to schedule cleaning, they do it daily! The coffee in the room is starbucks and the creamer is the liquid coffeemate! It's the small things that can add up and make the stay a positive one. Also, there is a shuttle that takes you to main street, which is a bonus.

A few highs and few definite lows
The parking lot was under construction as was some piping immediately outside the main entrance. We could also clearly hear the family in the neighboring room through the adjoining doorway. Room and bathroom design were good, and I thoroughly appreciated having the two sinks/mirrors in the bathroom. Location was also great.

The staff was great except for the woman who checked me in. She was not at all friendly or welcoming and didn't give me my breakfast voucher (I paid for included breakfast). So be aware that if you pay for the included breakfast, they should give you your breakfast voucher when you check in. Breakfast was excellent and worth the $. All around excellent hotel. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is undergoing renovation which everyone will love when it’s done. Our only slight inconvenience was having to park across the street. However, the staff went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. I would suggest attaching a printer to your business center for easy printing of boarding passes. We had a wonderful stay in a clean and cozy room.

The best part was the staff. They were super nice and helpful. We booked at club level which included a fantastic breakfast. However, the first night we were there, we were put in a very tired room that faced the inside and felt very claustrophobic. We complained and the next day they moved us to another room. We think sometimes Expedia gets the bottom of the barrel rooms. Also our room was right outside elevator and it dinged every time the door opened. Not good for sleep. They also had a fire alarm at 4 am one night and rumor had it that this happens occasionally due to old system. Overall though we enjoyed it because of the staff, the breakfast and the great shuttle service to ski slopes and downtown.

The employee working Wednesday September 28th at night ( an Asian employee) was amazing, very professional and knowledgable about issues. The next day , Thursday morning, Eddie was working and he was not knowledgable about issues and seemed to be bothered by my questions. There was no smile, kind conversation, may be he was shy but then, why is he in this position?. May be this is just my perception, I travel because of our university all the time and Eddie seemed to be ditached from his job and positon in regards of attending guests. Thank you
