Super convenient to Park City Resort - just a walk across the parking lot. Staff is very friendly and the place just has a low key, easy vibe. We were happy to have the underground parking but used the free trolleys more than the car since parking downtown is limited. The pool construction wasn’t done though the pool and hot tub were open.

Great spot. would have liked more clarity on where to store our skis. Also, and this is unique to our unit, the outlet situation in the kitchen was so dumb and made for unsafe use of electric appliances. Also, there wasn’t a proper cutting board which leads to dull and unsafe knives. The cutting board was glass, which instantly dulls knives. Also, the tv and internet connectivity to the tv was spotty and u clear. Sort of annoying. But perhaps other units don’t have these issues.

Excellent location for skiers as the Resort Ski Village is just across a parking lot. On the downside, the pool and hot tub area is not finished unlike communication to the contrary. Hot tub is not hot, sauna is not working.

Unbeatable location, somewhat dated property.
We picked the place for its proximity to the lifts (5 min walk with ski booths on). The room itself was very spacious - easily accommodated 2 adults + 2 kids over 5 nights. The pull down bed was actually comfortable. However, the property is a little dated, from bathrooms and kitchen to the heater that's built into the wall between the bedroom and living room and was extremely loud (we had to shut it off at night).

We loved staying at the Silver King hotel. We stayed at a 1 BD apartment with two bathrooms. There was a queen size Murphy bed in an alcove off the living room, what was a great surprise as it was 4 of us and a Murphy bed is always more comfortable than a sofa bed. The unit also had a washer and dryer, the kitchen was well equipped and it was very quiet. The hotel is two blocks from the ski area and the free shuttle stops right in front of the hotel. Parking is included in the fee, which was another great surprise. We will definitely stay again here!

The pool was being renovated and our room was right next to the pool area. construction started at 8am and went till 6pm. on wednesday afternoon our room was shaking because of the drilling and breaking up of concrete. on thursday all day was the pounding of hammers on pipes! this palce should be closed till construction is completed

Place was nice, but felt it was a bit outdated. Drapes and blinds probably need to be replaced. Also, would suggest providing a few more USB ports for charging. We only found one.

I stay at this property every time I visit Park City, which is usually twice a year. I love being able to have my own kitchen and a washer dryer. It makes it more economical than staying in a hotel. This condo is undergoing some renovations in the pool area, when it’s done, it’s going to be just beautiful! I’m excited to go back and visit again!

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Thermostat would not adjust the temperature. Bathroom was well designed, but would have been nice to have an additional switch to control the fan.

Roomy and comfortable lodging, a short walk to lift and Village Center. About a 15 minute walk to historic district (or a quick convenient Park city shuttle ride). Wonderful stay.

Being able to walk to the ski resort was convenient however the stay was not worth the extremely high cost. The room was dirty and had leftover filthy towels in it. Communication with the front desk was awful regarding the room issues and we had to fight to get an extra hour for late checkout. The building is kind of rundown and the amenities such as the hot tub aren’t open past 10 so didn’t get to enjoy that after a long day of skiing and exploring the town.

We really liked how close the Silver King was to the ski lifts. It took us one minute to get to the ski rental shops and the main ski lifts.
