Really great property in Canyons Village. Perfect location. Ski lift steps away. Great restaurants and shops. After check in someone else used a key and entered our room. Front desk gave them wrong room. When we arrived the carpet around the bed was a bit damp. After using the jetted tub the carpet was extremely wet. Luggage got wet. Called maintenance, they came right away. We checked out the next morning. Overall really good stay. Beautiful at Christmas.

This place was a joke. Where to begin?? The parking spaces in the garage are barely suited to a golf cart - and that isn't an exaggeration - be prepared to spend a good 10 minutes just trying to get within the lines. The lobby smelled like someone had dumped an entire bottle of cheap perfume all over the place (perhaps they had?) Our room was located in a very strange place and appeared to have been converted from an old storage room or something. Within minutes of arriving we attempted to check out the balcony. When we tried to shut the door, the handle literally fell off. When we called the front office and told them we needed maintenance they said something like "is this because the doorknob is falling off?"... so they put us in a room they knew needed maintenance?... There was a weird slatted window between the bathroom and the bedroom - you could literally hear EVERYTHING going on in the bathroom from everywhere in the living space. The television in the room was like a 20 inch model from the early 2000s. The pool and hot tub were much smaller than the pictures led one to believe (wide angle lens?). Our entire stay was just one weird discovery after another. Take your money elsewhere.

We had something really nasty left over seafood in our disposal and it took nearly all day and two calls down to the front desk to get it cleaned up and it made our room stink pretty bad. Other than that though the property was ok and the area was nice. We had a good time.
