Hotel or apartment?

Posted Aug 24, 2015
Cons: The grounds were filthy. Garbage in the stairwells and the roofs next to them.
Location: Ski resorts, beautiful downtown Park City, Jordanelle reservoir.
We knew that it was lower quality with the deal we got, but when we pulled up to the building my first comment was "how long do you have to be living here to add plants?" The air conditioner was noisy and couldn't be run while trying to sleep, so we left the window open, but those living on the bottom floor arrived very late at night and were very loud. Even with "Absolutely No Smoking" signs people were smoking in the stairwell and on the grounds, making it hard to have the window open too keep cool, but the AC was too loud to keep on. The room looked as if it had been painted within the last year and was clean. It was nice to have a small fridge to keep personal items cool.

Updated, clean room.

Nice place to stay. Stayed in 502. A bit of a walk to downtown and the air conditioner is noisy but was able to sleep thru the noise. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen space.

Awful location, false advertising, epic failure.

Posted Aug 10, 2015
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: cleanliness, accessibility, decor, bathroom, smell, privacy.
There's not enough bad I could say about this hotel experience. The lodging and room reeked of an awful odor. The room itself had no blinds or shade, and half of the patio blinds were missing, so no privacy. The decor was outdated and the bed was uncomfortable. The pool and hot tube were out of us for renovations (in the summer of all times!). Worst place I've ever stayed by far. You're much better off going to the Best Western or somewhere.

Better than Camping

Posted Aug 10, 2015
What a dump....First off they booked the wrong room and only gave us 1 bedroom instead of the 2 we had booked. They did finally give us a 2 bed but it took arguing with someone at the front desk that was not helpful and didn't care much about customer service. Then the room was horrible.....It had a half broken A/C system, very thin sheer curtains that didnt keep the sun or light out, a shower that had a shower head at chest level and had the pressure of a spray bottle. The shower did have hot water after about 10 minutes of running it! The iron was damaged too. I would say if you need a roof over your head its a good place to go because its beats camping, but would not recommend this at all.

1 night stay

Posted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Full disclosure on the cost of room and what's not included.
I asked if the hotel had a pool and was told yes but what I wasn't told was that it cost $16 per person per day. I also expected TV but found that one had to also pay if you wanted to watch TV. I upgraded to the better room only to find out that included a refrigerator and a stove. The only good thing was that I was only staying one night

I think it would've been nice to let us know that the pool was closed for renovation .

Tired looking

Posted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: The room was decorated nicely
Cons: It had a tired look and feel. The room was crowded with too much furniture (two large beds)
We were staying here just one night, until our condo was ready. We visited in June.
