Convenient hotel with friendly staff

We arrived at 2:30 a.m., due to a flight delay and a horrible wait for our rental car. The staff member who greeted us was super friendly and helpful. Before we arrived, she made up the sofa bed so we could sleep as soon as we arrived. She offered us a late check out due to our late arrival, which was thoughtful and kind even though we could not take advantage of it.

Great room; free breakfast AND dinner!

Room was very nice, almost luxurious. Not only do they offer a hot breakfast but also a hot dinner free of charge. Never had that happen in a hotel before! Only downside is the local area is mostly industrial but is very convenient to I-70.

Needs Repair

Hotel is in need of repairs. Bathtub dripped & Toilet ran the entire time.

if you want sterile go some where else, but if you want a comfy like home hotel this is great! best deal around. the balcony is nice for the views at 420!

nice hotel great staff with customer service skill

For the price of this hotel I can not express my gratitude enough for the hotel staff, the best part about this hotel the staff go far beyond out their way to make guess happy, the downside because of location hotel should offer a van service.

Uncomfortable

Had to check out 5 rooms before one was satisfactory. 1st an 2nd room had waste in the toilets. 3rd room the closet door did not open an close. Also the door had a hole in it. 4 rooms the curtains was bunched on top of sofa. I was tired an could not relax. I landed 2 1/2 hours before my luggage arrive. Than had to go though the rooms. I was not happy. The lady at the front desk did not stop til we found a room that was satisfactory.

Rooms needed updates. They didnt clean our room or give us fresh towels on the second day of our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful but not very knowledgable of the room ammenities.
