Nice hotel convenient to restaurants and downtown

Convenient location on hwy 41 on drive from Miami to fort Myers. Very friendly staff, ice breakfast and clean pool area

Inn at Naples

Pros: Not much really except I got stuck with it due to EXPEDIA.
Location: Very loud place right on 41
Very loud and uncomfortable place , elevator next to my room , it went all night and I couldn’t sleep. 7 days of misery , but it was high season couldn’t get any other place . DO NOT RECOMMEND IT .

Sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay at the Inn of Naples. I am not sure the circumstances but I am sure we would have offered to move your room. The elevators are usually a noise issue for us.

Newly renovated nice place, great location. Standard room was spacious and had a nice balcony. Short drive to beach. Free plentiful breakfast, parking and wifi. Only issue was that our room had a strange odor.

Convenient hotel

Was clean and staff was nice. Decorating was dated and breakfast was ok.

This place is like a mini 5 star resort!! Staff is great . The free breakfast was good rooms are completely remodeled

Not so good

Hotel still has damage from Hurricane. Boarded up windows and a bit of a smell. Breakfast is not all that good. I left a diamond ear ring on the alarm clock. I called 4 hours after checking out and of course they didn’t find it. So someone has a nice Diamond Earing from their staff. I understand I left it therefore it is my problem. But they do have someone on their staff that is dishonest. So make sure you Locke everything up.

Dear Steve, We are so sorry that your recent stay was not to your pleasure. It is true that we still have a couple windows that are boarded up. This is due to the fact that it has been very difficult to obtain windows. They have been on order since about a week after hurricane Irma. As to the loss of your diamond earring. I am the person who helped you when you called reporting you left it. I immediately sent someone to search the room where you said that you left it. We searched high and low with no luck finding the earring. No one feels worse than me that we could not find it. Our room attendants have all been with us for a long time and I can assure you none of them would steal. We have found in the past when someone makes accusations like this that often they end up finding what they say they left behind in there own possession. Again, so sorry. Sincerely, Sue - G.M.
