“Great views of the lake. Beautiful resort. Clean room. Helpful staff.”

“I like the setting of structure, very comfortable, looks like a “home”. The front desk and the gold coach is very impressive. Clean and beautiful!”

“The room was far from spotless. Dirt in the corners of the bathroom. Bath mat was dirty. I asked for more towels because we only had on set for two of us, we were given one more bath towel not wash rag or hand towel. There was a screw loose on the shower faucet that my husband nearly cut his finger on, he screwed it back in though. Asked for more coffee, as we only got one and were there two nights, we did not receive any. The room was VERY noisy. adjoining room wall was like tissue paper!……

“My sister and her family didnt get a decaf coffee in her room, and the chairs are not that good in my room, needed new chairs. The rest of the amenities, staff, and cleanliness were good.”
