The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to the airport, shopping and restaurants. We were very comfortable in our pristine room. Thank-you for a lovely, albeit short stay.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but I had to for this one… I came to Denver on a whim a solo trip to get some rest and time away from my kids and husband you know a momcation, the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist who made sure that although I had a digital key in the event that anything happened I had a physical key to my room as well. I wasn’t bothered they made sure all my needs were catered too and made it very easy for me to talk to them as someone who struggles with social anxiety. Whomever was at the desk of I needed anything was very helpful. The day before I left I asked if I could check out late and the lady at the front desk her name begins with an R *ray I believe but I remember it being an R* accommodated my request and even offered the next day when I was leaving sooner than my late check out time to keep my bags behind the desk so I could still enjoy my time left in Parker. The housekeepers always had a smile on their faces no matter how long a day they’ve had. Before leaving I told front desk that this will be a yearly thing for me and that I’d be coming here because of how accommodating the hotel was. Anything under 5 stars and I’d be lying.

Cons: Breakfast was not ready on Saturday. Pool not open (if it’s closed for the winter they should say so), no microwave in the room, it appears to be some renovation going on. Pros: Dining and some shopping close by. Interesting triangular layout. Fresh cookies.

The pool and hot tun are out of order, they are taking out rhe hot tub. None of this is stated on the website or checkin, we would have stayed a different place if we knew this before we were settled. Very friendly staff, the hotel gym is one of the best I've seen and I was thankful for it. Main dining area covered in dog hair from people having their dogs in that area in the evening...but then it wasn't cleaned before breakfast, and everyone was eating in dog hair. Gross. The gym should open at 5 am, not 6 to accommodate those who need to get out rhe door early. Breakfast is ok. Due to the pool and hot tub not working, we will choose a different property from now on.

Nice place to stay and close to the hospital. The pool and hot tub was closed for some construction so that was disappointing. There was also a great deal of ice on the sidewalk, from a snow storm that came in over the weekend. Our family member was in a wheelchair so the ice made it difficult to load and unload.

Disappointing
The ONLY reason I chose this hotel was because it had a pool and a hot tub. Wanted to treat my grandson to the above for his 16th birthday and for my daughter and I to chillax. We were all very disappointed. When we checked in, was when we were told the pool and hot tub were closed because of a humidity problem and, had I not used a 3rd party to book my room (Hotels.com-which I have never had issues in the past), she said I would've received a credit of sorts! The bathroom had a slider door which allowed NO privacy. We used a washcloth to fill in the hole in the door below the handle. There was a nice greeter person the 2nd am who was polite and checked with breakfast stuff. Some of the walls (by the elevators) were peeling. Just overall an unhappy experience. Had we known, we would've opted for a hotel in Denver. We weren't given the time to come up with any other plans...boooo. I feel they should've kept Hotels.com up to date with changes they were going through.

Unfortunatly the design of the rooms is outside of the control of anyone at the hotel. We have requested that all 3rd parties update their sites regarding the pool closure however, it has been up on the hotel's website since November 17th. The first room smelled like dog pee and the toilet was broken and kept running. Front desk moved is into a nice clean room very quickly. Pool and hot tub are closed, hot tub has been closed for months.. kind of a big deal when you book with your 10 year old in mind.. mine was very upset

Cannot complain too much about a budget friendly booking. Just the fact that we had two warm beds to stay in, great customer service, and free breakfast in the morning, I cannot complain about much. But.....we were disappointed that our kids could not swim d/t it being end of season

Broken TV and remote, outlets in the bathroom didn't work and I called the front desk and they told me there was nothing they could do. Not even switch rooms. Hot tub was not working, pool was freezing, room wasn't very clean and in the morning, at the hot breakfast, they were out of bacon and eggs. Waited 25 mins for them to make more, but then I had to leave.

Dirty rooms!! First room carpet was dirty and the bathroom had ants! I asked to be moved to another room, that room was worse, it was not dirty, bed was not made towels on the bathroom floor dirty carpet and ants ! So I asked to be moved, third one carpet is dirty and ants! It this point is already close to midnight and I’m tired, so I decided to look for another hotel but they were booked so I had to stay here! Good thing we brought our sandals!! Horrible experience!! Spacious rooms, but ant infestation
We had 2 rooms for my family and I. Hotel rooms were spacious and we liked the vaulted ceilings. However, the hotel had an ant infestation. My kids had to move rooms 4 times to get a room where the ants were not as bad. Our tub showers and sink shower drains did not drain well at all.

The bathroom had little red ants on the sink counter. There was a used dryed up wash rag hanging on the shower curtain rod. The room could use a good cleaning and up grade.
