Worst ever

The elevator was broken, we asked for wheelchair accessible room, they were on 2nd floor, no wheelchair accessible bathrooms though like in the photos. We had to carry everything down 2 flights of stairs, my husband has COPD. They said the elevator was fixed and my husband got stuck in the elevator. Eggo waffles for breakfast, EGGO! For 129.00 a night I expected a little better.

Sorry that you had a bad experience with us. We have been having elevator issues, the day you were here the elevator tech from KONE was here testing the operations of the elevator. Sorry you got stuck in it while we were testing it. My deepest apologies. We have ADA rooms on all floors throughout the building. Please call us directly to make specific requests. Found marijuana in our room

The hotel was decent, the room was mostly clean except dusty on the lower part of bathroom walls and door. The main issue was that my 9 year old son found a prescription type bottle of marijuana in a drawer. It was labeled and I'm guessing left by a previous guest. I took it to the front desk and the mod apologized. Thankfully it was not an edible that my children could have consumed. I'm sure this isn't an on going issue but I was really taken back by it.

The hotel was clean, well run and accommodating. When one room didn't have a tub plug for my granddaughter to have her bath the quickly moved us to another room that did. When the weather suddenly turned cold and we needed a heater that didn't work they tried to fix it immediately and when they couldn't, were quick to offer us another room or a space heater. As there are no refrigerators in the rooms Mindy at the front desk was kind enough to store our milk in the staff refrigerator so she could have her milk before retiring. All in all, although they didn't have room for a pool or spa that my granddaughter had hoped for, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this no frills but quite adequate hotel to others.

Graduation day

Pros: Excellent staff. 24 hr. coffee available. Good location.
Cons: a refrigerator in the room.
Location: central to where we needed to go.
Central location,close to everywhere we needed to be.

Thank you for staying with and us and taking the time to review us. We are starting to put refrigerators in our rooms with the two queens, but not advertising it yet due to us yet to fill all the rooms. Our suites with the queen size beds do have microwaves and refrigerators.

Staff was very friendly and meet all our needs. Very clean and inviting place to stay.Our son was getting married in Parker and the hotel was close.

Top notch customer service.!

The customer service was absolutely top notch! They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Renovations are coming for an updated look but the cleanliness shows every where, great location and great view. Would stay again because we were made to feel as though we were their only guest! Superb!

Nicely appointed rooms

Room was spacious and clean. Front desk helpful. Only drawback was painter knocked on my door 2x when do not disturb was on. Wanted me.to stay in my room for a copule of hours while they painted.

It was the best Super 8 we have ever stayed at! The beds were very very compfortable! The shower was great, but, the water pressure was very low! Had to call the front desk for a toilet plunger! The toilet was also flushing slowly, like it was ready no water pressure, or it was getting plugged up! That was gross! But, I got it unplugged!
