Disappointing one-day stay

Check-in was easy, but the actual viewing of the assigned room found dead bugs on the ottoman and floor near ottoman. A request for a different room was made and Room #2 was provided, closer to lobby, and I was told it was used more often than Room #1. Room #2 was OK, except the heat did not stay on overnight-it turned itself off after several hours and the room was cold in the morning. The bathroom had no visible heat duct or automatic heat source and it was really too cold to take a shower. Sleeping late was my plan with alarm clock set for 11:30 check-out. After first luggage taken out to car, the room key would not permit a re-entry to the building to collect the rest of my items from the room. and a walk to the lobby confirmed the time was before 12 noon. The room cards were checked for usability and OKed by the desk, so a short walk to the room allowed re-entry and personal items were obtained to leave the facility, before 12 noon.
