The shower head had mold as did the sink. The staff was friendly. There was not much choice for breakfast. Coffee was cold.

Nice hotel near OVU.Posted Sep 14, 2015
Stayed here a few days while visiting friends from college. Besides the pool hours being odd (10am-10pm) the hotel was fine. The breakfast was hot and serviceable and the staff was very friendly.

Close to restaurants and shoppingPosted Aug 16, 2015
Pros: It was close to nice restaurants and shopping.
Cons: Update their information about roll away beds.
Location: It was a nice location. Lots of traffic but close to restaurants and shopping.
I was looking forward to this stay because of the location and the indoor pool/ hot tub. Once i got there the front desk told me they no longer have roll away beds, the hot tub wasn't working and later found out the bar was closed due to no staff. i was rather disappointed. Also, the bathroom door wouldn't shut right and the air conditioner was noisy. Most of the rooms seemed to be non- smoking but walking down the hall way you could smell smoke.

Major Security Issue?Posted Aug 6, 2015
Pros: clean rooms
Location: In the middle of nowhere, but in a small college town.
I was sitting in my hotel room at 7:45 am and someone opened the door to my hotel with a key. Luckily I had the security bolt on the door so the person could not enter. They did this very quietly, but I sat and watched it happen. At first I thought it was the maid service trying to enter to clean the room, but as I confirmed w/ the hotel staff, the maids were not yet on duty. So MAJOR security breach. Front desk staff had no explanation as to how someone had access which was not reassuring.

Good stay, but...........Posted Jul 6, 2015 on Hotels
Took my elderly mother out of town for an overnight fun trip. Only real complaint was that we were not told there was not an elevator in the hotel. My 75 year old mother had to walk stairs several times coming and going during our stay. This should be part of the information on the website.

Traveling and checked in late. Had 2 rooms one had ceiling debris on the desk and floor. One the a/c was not working and the room became very hot in the early morning hours.. When I checked out I told the clerk about it . She just said sorry about that. !!

Not so grand entrancePosted Jul 1, 2015 on Hotels
The staff was extremely nice. The breakfast lacked a basic such as eggs. The entryway was either undergoing remodeling; or it is used to park Motorcycles. With the motorcycles parked in the entrance, I wasn't sure what to expect; and I still wonder if there was construction or they just caution taped the entrance for the motorcycles to park.
