We're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your time with us. As the GM I was on shift that night and within 30 mins that problem was resolved with those loud patrons being evicted. As for our property we are in the beginning steps of our full remodel to address those issues and when it comes to any smells like smoke we could have offered you any number of rooms to better suit you had we known about that issue. We are working to get that pool fixed as soon as we can as we know a lot of people bring kids on the weekends for a night out to swim. Unfortunately our rooms do not have USB chargers right now and when we get our new equipment during our upcoming remodel they will have those in the future. As for our noise tolerance policy we do evict noisy guests who impact others stays but that requires that we are informed about these issues at the time. If in the future you experience these issues I highly recommend contacting the front desk immediately so that we can effectively take care of that. Its our goal to provide every guest with a quality stay and a quiet nights rest and we hope we have the opportunity to give that to you and your family again in the future.
