“It was great that our flight arrived in the morning and got to the hotel around noon time and received an early check-in to our room. The front desk service was wonderful as the person gave my child some small presents and told her to collect all the Conrads dolls at different locations. The hotel is located right across from St. James subway station, which makes it very convenient to go to anywhere in the city. The service at the hotel was great as they've people standing outside to help……

Even though the hotel was not able to accommodate or upgrade my room, they surprised me with a sweet gift of a bottle of wine and sweets in my room with a Happy Birthday sign. I arrived early, and they were able to keep my luggage on hold while I roamed around the centre of London, and even after I departed, they kept an eye on my suitcase.
