This room listed 1 double bed and 2 twin beds, but the double bed was just a pull-out sofa bed. It was not comfortable. I expect real beds in a "4-star" hotel; I am not crashing at a friend's house. The rooms are old and not nearly as nice as the pictures suggest. The receptionist had no idea what she was doing and kept calling someone else to come help her, which took forever. If she was new, then someone should have been there with her to train her, not make people wait for her to go back and forth any time they needed something, including the basics, like checking in. The hotel is very strangely laid out (several old and new buildings attached) and poorly signed. You have to take the correct corridor and elevator to get to your room, but that is not something you can easily figure out for yourself, so ask when you check in. The breakfast had a lot of selection including baked goods, scrambled eggs, and yogurt, but it was all packaged, and the kitchen/waitstaff were rude. It is not close enough to town to walk, and they don't have a shuttle or suggestions for a bus. They gave us the useless suggestion to park in the most expensive lot downtown. The parking lot on site at the hotel was tiny, and one-way with a dead end, so you have to back out of an entire row to get out. This place was way overpriced for what you get. I do NOT recommend.
