The Holiday inn express had its quality it’s known for, the breakfast was amazing! But we could not secure a taxi and had to walk 20min with luggage to the hotel that was far from everything. It’s great if you have a car, but we did not, and public transportation stops long before the hotel. The staff were able to arrange taxis for the rest of our stay.

Good Parking
This Hotel has good parking for large vehicles. The man at check in was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi in the room was not good. We ate in the restaurant and the waiter was very good and was also there at breakfast. The man and woman on reception at check out were not so friendly and quite dismissive when we were trying to get Wi-Fi in the reception area. Couldn’t be bothered to help.

The Hotel is nice and clean. The room was a good size and nice. The only thing is the walls can be a little thin and you can hear the people in the next room. The breakfast is good and the restaurant has a nice menu. Everything is a 4 or 5 minute drive or the front desk will call you a taxi. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for five nights as our base for exploring the region and it was perfect for us! Walkable to the old town, staff- especially Luigi, were exceptionally helpful and patient with our minimal Italian. The breakfast buffet had a great range and made for a satisfying start to the day. Highly recommend!

Good clean hotel and breakfast - don’t eat dinner
Lots of free parking. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean. Large bathroom. About a 30 minute walk from central. Our main concern came at dinner ( if you can go anywhere else for dinner rather than eat at the hotel). The service was so slow we ended up leaving before we were served dessert ( just one waiter for over ten tables). We had the chef recommended salmon steak and it was very bony and was served with cold potatoes. The bread that was served was very old and dry. We enjoyed walking to see the baptistery and the chapel in central. All in all a good place to stay but not to have lunch or dinner

The service at the restaurant was poor. There was only one waiter for the entire restaurant and our meal was not brought out at the same time. The room was adequate and the morning breakfast that is included was good.

The staff members at the hotel are very professional and friendly. Elvis in particular patiently helped me by contacting the towing and rental car companies because of my car problem. The breakfast is also very nice.

Nice hotel just outside of Parma's center with all the basic amenities you would need for a few nights. The room was clean and spacious enough. Free breakfast was a big plus.

Good hotel for the price
Hotel was clean and breakfast was good. The only down side was that we requested a king bed and we got 2 single beds pushed together, I guess this is very common here in Italy since we had the same issue at other hotels.

A great hotel if driving further south in Italy
We used this hotel as a stopover heading north from the Tuscany area, and to visit the Ferrari and Lamborghini museums relatively nearby. It was everything you expect from a Holiday Inn. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The included breakfast was good, and the food in the restaurant was fine. WiFi was excellent. We’d stay here again if needed.

As expected, clean modern hotel. Good points , nice staff, secure underground car park (extra fee). Bad points too far out of town behind a rough looking block of apartments, didn't fancy the safety of car so paid for the underground car park. Air conditioning 'doesn't work' making uncomfortable nights sleep. Restaurant 'closed' -too often these temporary things conveniently save the hotel money....hmmm ,Tricky to find , seems in an odd location

Convenient stop
The hotel is typical Holiday inn express located in the suburb of Parma. Five minutes drive to shopping mall nearby. Good breakfast, clean room, free parking in front of the hotel.

Pretty good Hotel
Room is huge and bed is comfortable . Hotel is pretty secluded and there are ample open parking space. Breakfast is decent and we are happy with this hotel overall.

Very comfortable stay
Very handy for the airport. Check-in and check-out was very simple. We arrived off the plane tired and 2 hours before the normal check-in time. The receptionist arranged Housekeeping to prepare our room within 30 minutes, which was really welcome and appreciated. Breakfast was ample and varied (for a Holiday Inn Express!)

Good hotel
This hotel is somewhat basic, but room was clean and staff were great! Breakfast was nice, good selection. Location is not far from the highway (which was what we wanted as it was a stopover) so not ideal for someone without a car and wanting to explore Parma city centre.

Clean, nice and better than expected
The hotel staff were clear, helpful and easy to deal with. The hotel room was clean, all you'd really want from a Holiday Inn. It was a good location, easy drive to the city centre. You will need clear directions from the hotel staff to get there though. ASK. The breakfast was good and I would stay here again. This was our one budget hotel along our trip and it was clean, conveniently located (if you're driving), fairly good breakfast, good sized room and good service. Not much more we'd want.

Hotel modern and clean, large bedroom and double bed though sadly mattress too firm for my wife and I. We had dinner in the restaurant but our table was close to the reception and bar so the dining experience was not that good and the food was just ok.

Pleasantly surprised!
We stayed just 2 nights to tour Parma. The hotel was very clean, comfortable & the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was better than expected & they even had soy milk, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and fresh fruit. We definitely would stay here again. Location was great too!

Typical HIE but nicer food
Although very typical of HIE hotels, the food is much better than most and the service at breakfast I'd great. Because I stay regularly, the lady who serves brings me my fresh coffee without asking. (Other guests have machine coffee). So top points on service!
