The area and the place look pretty sketchy. There was a big pile of trash right next to our door when we arrived. There was pretty strong chemicals smell in our room. Our room had no view whatsoever - our window was pointing under the stair, so don't let the name of this place trick you. Hotel's conditionn in general was pretty run down. On plus side front desk people were nice. There is also pretty nice Thai restaurant there.

Great place to stay
Very happy with this stay. The desk clerk was very friendly. The room was clean. The beds were a bit too firm for us, but not too bad. I forgot to ask for wifi password and there wasn't a phone in our room, so we used our cellphones. Over all this was a great stay.

For the price, this was an excellent value. Yes, it's pretty simple and basic, but the room was clean and everything seemed to work. Don't expect a 5-star hotel experience here. It is what it is: simple lodging for an incredible price.

This property is currently way overrated. The room seriously needs a deep cleaning. Huge spill stain on the carpet. And quite frankly, if you looked at all close, you would gag. Brown stains by the toilet roll! Come on. Mold in the shower and the entire bathroom smelled musty after the shower. The bath mat was stained - should have been a rag. Rooms weren't available at check-in. And there was lack of communication between the receptionist and housekeeping.

Great price but the towels all had several stains on them and the hot tub was barely warm. Otherwise a decent place to stay on a budget.

The bedframe stuck out on all for corners,because the mattress was two small. I hit my shins very hard.Much pain.

We were unable to view the television due to problems with the streaming services. The front desk clerk came to our room but could not resolve the problem. Overall a nice room and a very good value.

No free breakfast, no coffee, even the coffee maker was broken. They didn't clean the room either, they just made the bed. The carpet was sticky. It was just plain creepy. My wife wouldn't even use the shower. The price was awesome. Next time I'll bring my own coffee maker. Lol

They lied about the free breakfast, coffee maker didn't work, no coffee in lobby, room had not been cleaned, towels were reused and dirty. Flies in room. Floor sticky, carpet nasty. Bed was comfortable.

The room was clean except for the large number of flies. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good for the price of the room. Traffic could be heard from road early in the night and early in the morning.

Quick, okay overnight stay
The stairwell and landing could use a good scrub but the rest of the grounds looked okay. The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It took a few minutes for the water to get warm enough to shower but had good pressure. It has a grocery store right across the street.

Empty liquor bottles under the bed! Black Mold Ring Around the Toilet, looks like they don’t scrub toilets, sink or bath tub. Floors need to be vacuumed more than once a month! Towels are very dingy! All furniture are very dusty! No longer have the same standards when SAM owned the property! Too bad.
