BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK!Posted Nov 16, 2017
Pros: Location and price
Cons: The corridors are a little dark!
Location: Museums, casino, restaurants, shopping mall.
Great location, minutes from the airport and excellent access to metro and train stations. The buffet breakfast was included and provides a variety of hot and cold food. The staff is efficient and customer oriented. The room was quiet and had a view of the river.

Gem of a hotel near the Oriente railway stationPosted Nov 13, 2017
Pros: Staff, location, breakfast, rooms.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
Having earlier stayed in the Baixa/Rossio area in Lisbon, we were not expecting this good a hotel as Olissippo Oriente turned out to be. Large modern rooms, impressive lobby and a wonderful breakfast. Everything about the hotel was good. It is a short 5 minute walk from the Oriente railway station, and one would be remiss if one didn't stay here for at least one night to see how good and yet reasonably priced some Lisbon hotels are.

Modern, efficient, gd access to airportPosted Sep 21, 2017
A large conference hotel, efficient. It´s in the new modern area of Lisbon, quite close to one of the main metros as well as the overland rail to Sintra for example. Not really conducive to popping back for a siesta before the evening. It´s quiet at night.

Bright, Comfortable and AccessiblePosted Sep 2, 2017
Pros: The hotel was quiet but accessible to amentities and attractions
Location: The Lisbon Oceanarium, Telecabine Lisbon, Casino Lisboa and Vasco da Gama Shopping Centre. There are also a couple of museums nearby
I wasn't sure where the hotel was located when i booked it. Turns out it was only three stops from the Airport and is served by the ultra modern designed Oriente metro station. A train ride into the centre is about 20 minutes and the hotel is located roughly two blocks from a huge shopping mall and is a block in front of the ocean. Despite all this, the hotel was quiet, the rooms bright and clean and the service polite and professional. As the mall was nearby I didn't sample any of the restaurant or bar food and I didn't see a pool or gym. In addition to the mall, behind the hotel is the Lisbon Oceanarium, Telecabine Lisbon (cable car ride across the coast) and Casino Lisboa
