It is overated

Posted Jul 21, 2017
Pros: the architecture, the way was designed. Breakfast was very good too. Nice landscape for the Vasco de Gama Bridge
Cons: A/C fixed or available because it was kind of hot.
It says 4 stars, it is very appealing but when you enter the room you will think is not worth it. The A/C never worked, reception never answered the phone. Parking is not easy in the street but it was only one night so it was ok.

not a 4 star hotel

Posted Jun 5, 2017
Pros: nothing
Cons: everything as noted above
Location: near the river, but the river is very long so anywhere in Lisbon would practically be near the river.
booking staff did not have a clue about our group booking. messed up deposit payments. having taken what was supposed to be full payment after standing around at reception for over one hour whilst they "sorted" their paperwork out, they then realised they had omitted payment for something else. more time wasted. Buffet was average. Our party was promised rooms on one floor - that did not happen. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No provision to borrow an iron from the hotel. They seemed to have a could not care less attitude.

Disappointing Business Lodging

Posted May 19, 2017
Pros: Beautiful contemporary part of town
Cons: plumbing noise, Wi-Fi, and floors need to be corrected
Location: Near Oriente Train Station
This hotel caters to the business travelers who wants the frills but does not really live in their room. There was a bidet, a hairdryer and a scantily stocked honor bar. The Wi-Fi was unable to stream video calls, The plumbing knocked whenever anyone took a shower or flushed the toilet on other floors, The wood floors were seriously scratched from the metal furniture. The view from the room was terrific. Breakfast was ample and sumptuous. Five star price for 2 star room.

Basic business hotel

Posted Apr 17, 2017
Clean, safe, quiet, and comfortable but not very user friendly. Took forever to check in and the staff seemed irritated and not very welcoming. However they did quickly switch me to a better room when the first one smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

A lovely hotel close to many good eating places. Easy access to airport via nearby metro or taxi.

Short and sweet. Was a stop over. It's in the business district but good for what we needed. Loved the hotel.

Ok, wouldn't stay again

Posted Mar 11, 2017 on Hotels
Very tired rooms, floors scratched, lights falling off walls, old sheets and towels, scuffed furniture. Staff friendly and location not bad for concerts etc but wouldn't stay again
