For context, the booking was made on behalf of another person, but the person was not well and as I cannot cancel the booking, we decided to go ourselves. I was not able to change the name straightaway and the Manager is sticking to their policies which is understandable. how he went about it is not nice, or professional. He was condescending and making an assumption that we were a fraud. Anyway, I was able to change the name with the help of Expedia and we stayed. The hotel is clean, the breakfast offer needs a bit of variety. Staff aside from the Manager is kind, and polite like Frank and Joy.
