Not the best Marriott ExperiencePosted Nov 16, 2015
Extremely expensive for a Courtyard due to occupancy rates I would guess, certainly not because of the condition or amenities of the hotel. Also charged for breakfast which I declined, however wifi was free. TV controller did not work, phone autodial did not work and to top it off no hot water the next morning. However, staff was very professional and pleasant to deal with.

Will definitely use again.Posted Aug 19, 2015 on Hotels
Hotel was great, but there wasn't much nearby. Fortunately, the hotel restaurant was pretty good. P.S. The restaurant has Starbucks equipment, so don't go searching for a nearby Starbucks (there aren't many)--just get it from the bar/restaurant.

Just barely OKPosted Aug 16, 2015 on Hotels
We spent two nights there because the choices in the area were very limited. It was OK, but the whole place is a little tired and sad. One elevator was out which was a big problem because the place is very large and there was a lot of walking if you didn't want to use the stairs. The AC in the room was difficult. It is always either too hot or too cold--it could be so cold that the carpet felt "wet." It wasn't terrible, but it sure wasn't good value for the money. Place was expensive for what it was. Very annoying that Courtyard does not have an included breakfast buffet. Really, if there had been better choices handy, it would have been a deal-breaker. Also I left a message about a misplaced item and no one bother to get back to me.

Nice hotelPosted Aug 11, 2015
Room was clean and comfortable but carpets needed a proper wash. The only issue was that the hotel staff argued about the complimentary breakfast and said it was a mistake from Expedia. They still offered the complementary breakfast but it was an embarrassing situation to request it this way and every staff argued about it and had to make calls before offering it!

Great courtyard, nice facilities. A bit challenging to get to with the split road but overall only a slight inconvenience.

Best Courtyard Marriott EverPosted Jul 31, 2015 on Hotels
I travel often for business, and this is by far the nicest Courtyard Marriott where I have ever stayed. I wonder if it is newly built because the whole place felt so fresh, clean, and new. The courtyard with fire pit and pool were particularly nice. I was here as a bridesmaid for a friend's wedding, and the entire staff went above and beyond to help our groups coordinate, get in/out of each other's suites, accommodating our bus, and generally tolerating our crowd, all for a great price.
