Came to the hotel to relax. Unfortunately, my room (205) was next to the elevator and there were continuous noise. Room need be update compare to other hotels rooms. Scenery and staff were great. Enjoyed the breakfast!

Mandatory $50 Deposit

Location: Centrally located, although Newark airport is about 30 - 40 minutes with traffic).
I travel quite a bit (work & pleasure all over the world). I am used to providing my credit card for incidentals but I have never been told that I will be charged a $50 deposit. After that I had no dealings with the front desk. The breakfast was alright. The atrium is very pleasing. The suite was clean, bed was comfortable, low noise at all times.

With regards to the $50 deposit, it is a hotel standard policy to ask for a pre-authorization (not a charge) of a certain amount per night, to cover for incidentals as explained at check in. Rude manager

We were way over charged for things we shouldn't have been charged for then when I called to try to fix it never received a call back, was put on hold for 20 min each time. Josh the manager was very very rude.

Cons: We had cups from previous guest outside our room the entire stay.
Location: Shopping area Marshalls Home Goods etc
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.

Clean and ideally located.

Pros: The room and the cleanliness. Also, the full breakfast was excellent.
Location: Very close to the people I come to visit.
All was as it has been in the past, except signing in. There was only one clerk on duty at a time when it should been known many people was probably going to arrive. This knowledge came from appointments.

Ok place to Stay

Cons: Don't give way the upgrades to anyone
I liked the hotel it was very pleasant, just the policy of the hotel itself I question. I paid full price for a premium suite (no free upgrades, which I learned they hand out like candy). With that said, the staff gave me a room next a group of kids younger than 14, who keep us up all night. When I complained I got the answer sorry that's all we have. Really I paid full price, not the answer I was expecting.

With regards to the upgrades, Premium Suites are a different product and unless it is paid for, we do not give it away. Sometimes when in high occupancy, we might check a Guest in a Premium suite but without giving free WiFi and free 24 hours snacks access unless it is paid for.
