I was in my room for 5 minutes and found many dead roaches under the bed, so I left immediately but at least they gave me no issues on a refund. This place is not clean and the part of town is questionable.

Do not stay here! A man complained of bed bugs right as we were booking into our room! The man at the front desk seemed unbothered by it, like it was a regular occurrence. He gave us a sob story saying people just say that to try and get their money back after they’ve finished doing whatever it was they were doing in there. I told i’m gonna check out the room before finalizing the booking. As soon as I opened the door to the room, I was greeted by not one, not two, but THREE roaches crawling on both the floor and wall. I took video evidence and ran out of there so fast. Not to mention there’s a lingering smell in the air that’s hard to place but not pleasing to inhale. Come here you own risk.

I'm usually pretty lax about hotels, for example: smells like cigarettes/weed (not ideal, but no problem), outdated (no problem). This property wasn't clean!! Room had ants and cockroachs. This is my red line. I can deal with a lot, but not clean is a red line. Do not stay here!!

I ordered food through Ubereats. The staff was present when another guest received two orders from two different cars and believed both orders were hers. I asked the staff because my food was delivered and the guest stole it and walked fast to avoid detection, to go to her room and see that one of the orders said my name. They did nothing, they owe me $44.

When entering I noticed that our room had very dim lights and we usually like to scoop out the room for anything we don’t like. When checking underneath and behind the bed we saw lots of dead bed bugs and cockroaches. We had to immediately leave as personally we don’t like to sleep nor leave our items to get infested with it.

The room was in an appalling state, really dirty, was smelling horrible. I could not stay with my family. Had to book another hotel and leave right away. I want a refund since it was not at all what was advertised in the website.

I wouldn’t let my dog stay here. Please read reviews! I am very disappointed that Expedia would even list this place! I have booked many, many hotels through Expedia and have never had a problem, that is until this place. The listed restaurant is boarded up with plywood. You have to walk up to a bullet proof window outdoors to check in. The inside was filthy. The red carpet in the entry way was completely worn through to the floor. The room was very dated and just gross. King size bed with a visually saggy mattress and threadbare bed linens that were in disarray. There was one pillow on the bed. There was dust and finger prints on the furniture and a huge rip in one of the drapes. None of the vending machines worked, not that I was interested. I cannot find one good thing to say about this place. Oh, there was a small area of white powder on the floor outside the door of our room. I went, I saw, I said absolutely not! We left. Expedia should not be recommending this place. My fault for not reading the reviews, but I just expected more from Expedia.
