Great complimentary breakfast. We were in a room on the first floor but beware, the ceilings are thin, we heard extremely loud stomping sounds at 2:30am.
It’s not convenient that you have to go outside to another building to get to the breakfast area. The whirlpool was also closed which we were unaware of until we checked in. Our room had a pullout sofa bed but we were not provided with extra lines for it. When I called down to the front desk (twice) I was told they didn’t have any and that they needed to be washed and dried. We were there 2 nights and we were never provided with the extra linens we needed. Why charge me and provide a room with a pullout if you’re not going to provide the linens?

When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly person who checked us in and provided with a toy, biscuits and a mat for our dog, which we have never had before and we have traveled all over the US and Canada. I stayed in the 2 bedroom queen suite. Very clean and convenient just like a home should be. I didn’t use the kitchen to cook but I did like the fact that it was a full kitchen and fridge to feel like I’m not just in a hotel. Tv in each bedroom and also in the living room and each room had its own private bathroom with showers. I would definitely stay here again!

We recommend this location to everyone! Save location, quality service, all you can eat breakfast was very gand I don't know if all the rooms were big like ours, but it was so very spacious! We were not disappointed with anything. we had everything we needed and were satisfied in every way. next time we come back, we will stay here! Thank you send us to ES suites!

This hotel is located close to shopping and good eats...and all major roadways. You cannot go wrong with the LOCATION at all. The grounds are beautiful, the area is safe, and the breakfast is decent! You will love your stay...and maybe Frances will take care of you..he has been there forever and always amazing to chat with.

I liked that the gym was 24hrs. I also had an issue with cleaning in my room. It was addressed in immediately.

Only minor complaint I have is there were two of us staying for two days and we only got 2 bath towels. That just isn’t enough. I know we can call down to the desk but we shouldn’t have to do this. Other than this everything at this hotel is great. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are a great size and clean. The breakfast is very very good. I will definitely stay here again
