This was the worst ever ! They gave me a dirty room . With a used bar of soap also hair in the shower plus , toilet was not working in the second bathroom flooded ! I’ve machine was not working and the heat was not on would not come in it was freezing I hated everything about this hotel would not recommend to anyone !

Though there was construction happening around hotel, there was no noise, dirt, dust, or odors. Pool was closed for construction which was fine as we were not planning to use it anyway on an impromptu stay. The grab & go breakfast was convenient & light but fresh.

I gave this hotel a second try and I just don’t think it’s going to work for me. Although they say it’s been redone the air still is extremely loud. They give you one tiny bar of hand soap. Nothing was in any of the shower body wash dispensers or shampoo. Just not cutting it for me.

After searching reviews all day, trying to find comfortable beds and make sure the hotel didn’t have bed bugs, I remembered we stayed here in 2017 and the bed was comfortable, for me that matters most, well that and not getting bitten! We checked in late and slept through breakfast, so I can only attest to the room being clean, ac and heat working and not being noisy and the bed and linen being comfortable. I have a spinal injury, and I am plus size, and I slept like a baby, so if the bed matters….stay here! Lol The man at the front desk was pleasant, even at 1:30am, and the front test was gracious with a late checkout the next morning. Thank you for being a safe space with a comfortable bed in an overwhelmingly bad world of hotels with beds made of bricks ♥️

The stay was nice, and I understand they are going through a transition now to become a Hilton. I would stay here again assuming the prices to stay on the lower side. Hopefully it will.

My check-in took a half hour as computer system was down and there were two people in front of me. Once I checked in, my room was clean and quiet. In the night, people were walking the halls and making noise on a Saturday night. Also the air quality was poor as there was a smoky smell. The parking lot had black ice. I was disappointed for a hotel under the Hilton brand.

I was having high hopes since it’s so close to my job that I travel 2 hours to get to but it really needs some work which it looked like they were trying to do but the room needs a complete overhaul and the heater if your trying to sleep forget it cause it sounds like a tornado going on in the room!

Out of my stay they never clean the room, or change towels. day one they try to enter at 7 am as there was the lock they could not enter and did not come back to clean. Day 2 no one came into the room. The room had curtains with blood stain both of them and sticky kitchen floor. Light from the aspirator could not be turned off and the shower curtains have a big hole. Night one also the fire alarm went on as some guest was cooking a meal and the smell of the burned meat persisted for the full night

Unfortunately, We are not a full service hotel and we do not provide a daily housekeeping service as we are an extended stay property. Long term guests receive a light touch every 4th day of their stay and a full service every 7th day of their stay. Linen/terry may be requested with the front desk at any hour, although if it is after housekeeping hours room deliveries are not available- guests will have to pick up additional linen/terry with the front desk. At anytime you can voice your concerns with our Guest Service Agent and they will be able to make accommodations for you with a fresh room or honor housekeeping service to address your concerns. I will share your review with my team and will address cleanliness with the proper department. We do wish to welcome you back in hopes that your next stay will leave a better lasting impression.

The room was in poor condition. Furnishings were all significantly worn. Outlets and some lights did not work. There was no phone in the room because the phone-jack was not working. The bathroom sink was clogged and would fill with water immediately. The heat worked, but needed to run at full power non-stop just to keep the suite at around 68 degrees. Laundry facilities were not working, and I was not informed at check-in, nor was I told when booking. This put me in a situation where I needed to go offsite to wash my clothing. The staff was apologetic, and did try to help, but I decided to end my stay early. There were just too many issues to contend with, given the above average price per night.

The bathroom sink was clogged up with hair and when I went to notify the front desk all they could offer me was an apology. We used the kitchen sink to brush our teeth. The entire hotel reeked of marijuana the overall experience was honestly in between of okay and awful

Worn down hotel. Carpets were frayed in the room and hallways, bathroom fixtures were rusty, couch pleather cushions worn off. Mattress on pull out couch was old as anything, and despite calling in advance to request that they make up the couch before we arrive they did not. The sheet in the closet wasn’t fitted so came loose all night and they only provided one thin blanket that was too small for the bed. I called front desk twice to ask for another blanket and was told they don’t have any more. Pool was pretty clean and the breakfast area was nicely maintained.

We booked a suite with a king bed. The room was absolutely disgusting. There were stains all over the floor and around the bottom of the bed frame. We had to book another hotel down the street because the room was so dirty and gross. I would not recommend staying here.
