When you first walk in the hotel the doors are broken so they move slow to open. The front entrance needs renovating, so I was a little nervous that the room was going to be gross. I was pleasantly surprised. The room and bathroom were beautiful and very clean and the bed was very comfortable. They were very accommodating.
Check in person not friendly, room did not have microwave or coffee maker as stated, refrigerator was iced over. Front desk basically said because we booked thru Expedia we get what we get and he couldn’t help. The area around the property was not nice. The hotel was hard to find because it was back behind so many other buildings. The entire building smelled bad and everything was just run down and lacking. Will not stay here again.
False fire alarm at 4am was unpleasant. But again at 8am was the icing on top.

The hotel was hard to find. The rooms were clean but VERY basic. No amenities. One of the lamps didn't have a shade. It was fine as a place to spend one night, but would not want to be there longer. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, really lovely.

When booking the hotel it states continental breakfast. It’s in a brown paper bag with a bagel and muffin. Coffee was terrible. Advertisement is misleading. Carpets need a good shampooing to take away the smell. Rooms were clean and neat. And hotel is in a good area close to a lot of things.
