I dream of a place, that is not jammed with crowds

The room was welmaintained and looked after.. the whole place and experience is a dream. Could easily stay here for a week.. so relaxing and quiet place. No stalls or hackers or beggers towards this castle.. it is so unlike any other lake palace in india!

Lake nahargarh

Pigeons made glasses hard to clean. Low occupancy also resulted in some ares unattended. Overall happy with our stay: great location in middle of lake, pleasant staff

Nice getaway

It is a nice getaway slightly away from Chittorgarh, the experience of staying in between the lake was amazing. The place has a homely touch along with beautiful views.

No internet, No phone, Hot water only by request,

As an ordinary expectation (and as stated in Hotels.com), a hotel is supposed to provide these services 1) Bed 2) Telephone 3) Internet 4) Hot Water 5) Hot (or at least warm) food. MORE THAN HALF OF THESE SERVICES WERE NOT PROVIDED! 2) Telephone to and from front desk (NOT WORKING). 3) Internet (NOT WORKING) 4) Hot water (NOT SUPPLIED EXCEPT BY WALKING TWO MINUTES TO FRONT DESK, MAKING SPECIAL REQUEST, AND THEN WAITING FOR FIFTEEN MINUTES 5) Food was not hot AND WAS BARELY WARM, OR EDIBLE. 6) Pigeon nuisance in and around room (LOSS OF SLEEP BECAUSE OF PIGEON NOISE). Pigeons fly in the face of guests. THEY FEED PIGEONS AND ATTRACT THEM? Is this a hotel – or a zoo? MOREOVER, THESE ARE RECURRENT PROBLEMS THAT ARE NOT FIXED. THE REAL HOTEL MANAGEMENT WITH DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY ONLY VISITS ONCE A WEEK FOR HALF A DAY. Since so many basic services are not provided, I conclude that the four-star price of the hotel, despite is beautiful setting, is unjustified. The local hotel manager and staff are very nice, polite persons. However, It appears that the organization’s “remote-control” management is not working to provide basic services at the hotel property level.

Great location

Food was ok. Perfect location when lake is full. Only thing that was not appropriate was corporate party in center park families were also staying this need to be taken care, well when told next night it was conducted inside hall. Well behaved staff. Helathclub facility like steam sauna and a proper gymnasium can be implemented: suggestion. Overall worth a visit :)

Highlight in einzigartiger Traumlage

Location: Auf dem Land, mitten im See, traumhaft!
Traumhafte Lage mitten im See, sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, sehr schönes Zimmer, perfekte Sauberkeit, alles super, einziges Manko: der Pool war nicht zu benutzen, das Wasser war schmutzig und voller Wasserflöhe, sehr schade nach einem langen Reisetag, der Pool ist traumhaft gelegen. Wenn man keinen Wert auf den Pool legt, absolutes Hotelhighlight mit einzigartiger Lage! Das Essen war sehr gut, Preise angemessen, unser Fahrer war allerdings nicht gerne gesehen als Restaurantgast! Aber das passiert öfter in Indien in entsprechend teuren Hotels,das ist eher normal.
