It's was more expensive than when I booked it online. The rate was higher. Ridiculous. Would never recommend holiday Inn again and will always repeat the bad time there to people I know.

Dear Guest. Thank you for your stay. I must say I do not fully understand your point: we cannot charge you (or any guest) more than the rate you have booked at on line. If the rate was higher on the day of your arrival , then you have made a good deal.
