The hotel is in a great location for the town - sadly the pool and jacuzzi area could do with a little updating and the pool especially is very cold

Our wonderful stay in the beautiful Le Touquet.
The staff were amazingly friendly, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay and ensuring our needs are catered for. The facilities are excellent and in particular we enjoyed the pool, convenient onsite restaurant (children under 15 eat for free) and the location is perfect for picturesque walks into Le Touquet. Will definitely return.

Just back from a long weekend, at Holiday Inn Resort Le Touquet. We had a brilliant stay, accommodating and friendly staff, Everyone we spoke to could not do enough to help and make our stay enjoyable. Our room was very comfortable and clean (basic double room). We had coffee-making facilities, safe, iron and safe, TV. It's just a 10 min walk into Le Touquet, if anything we wished we had taken our bikes as it felt very safe to cycle around with cycle paths in and around the sea front. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel
Spent 4 days here on a family holiday. Hotel was well located , 20 min walk to the beach Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, hotel was spotless, rooms were well furnished and beds comfortable. Pool was a bonus, it was clean and well maintained. Restaurant a little stuffy and perhaps too formal for small children, set menu never changed. Breakfast was faultless, excellent selection of food. Hope to return next year.

Convenient for quick overnight visit to Le Touquet
A great spot for an overnight stay to break our journey before catching the Shuttle train back to the UK the following day. Just a shame we didn't have time to use a lot of the hotel's facilities (tennis, swimming pool, hot tub, gym, table tennis, table football). Breakfast was top-notch.

Very disappointing customer service. I arrived with a very bad back and hardly able to walk. I requested a chair, the answer was No, I asked for a taxi the answer was No…it’s complicated. My room wasn’t ready and no attempt to help on this matter. I drove to a pharmacy. On my return the room wasn’t ready so I asked if I could get a pot of tea. There was no one serving where I was directed to. I went back to reception but in tears in pain from walking around. I asked for help and they found someone to make the tea whilst waiting for my room. I asked for tea with cold milk. I received tea but no milk. I then asked for cold milk again and received hot milk, so asked for cold milk again. At this point I was so upset with my treatment from the totally disinterested staff that I called the Holiday Inn complaints number which I found on line. I was put on hold then cut off. Need I say more!

Plugs need checking. No magnifying mirror in bathroom, no air conditioning in bedroom. Bed needs attention, you felt you were going to fall out! Lovely pool but ice cold. No flexibility with the dinner menu. But we had a lovely time.

Good location, nice room, friendly helpful staff. Room very hot with no aircon, pet charge is per night rather than one off for the stay which makes it expensive for a pet - €40 for 2 nights is not good value, and not justified since they only need to clean the room once.

This property was nice, but for the price it’s not worth anymore than a regular Holiday Inn. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and the hotel was huge, but with no substance to it or atmosphere

Great location, free parking.
Very big hotel, very comfy huge bed. Lovely and clean, nice staff. Lovely pool and spa area however the water was quite cold. We stayed for 4 nights and the location was great, very close to town. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Great, but needs updating and renovation
Good location about 15 mins walk from the beach. Walk to beach is past a park, the Westminster Hotel and the chi chi boutiques and restaurants. Room was great for family - two double beds with one on a mezzanine level. Beds comfortable. Air con wasn’t working and we had fans. Fine when we stayed but possibly an issue if a heat wave. Separate loo and bathroom - hadn’t been updated for 20 years at a guess. Worked fine but could do with some TLC. Excellent breakfast with a full array of hot and cold options. Staff very friendly and helpful and happy to communicate in French or English. Facilities were great (pool, jacuzzi, games area with pool, tennis court, outdoor table tennis) but dated - this would have been a top place to stay in the 1990s, but the shower areas and pool area need upgrading and the tennis court needs resurfacing. Price probably reflected this. A light and airy hotel and a pleasant place to stay. Would recommend

We have been here for 6 days and we really enjoyed, our kids, 7 and 9 they loved the resort, especially the swimming pool. We will definitely come back.

Staff at this hotel are excellent.Helpful and friendly.Rooms good especially the upstairs and downstairs arrangement.Very clean. Food only ok.Bar pizzas good but breakfast not brilliant especially cooked bits.Menu in restaurant limited so didnt try.Pool too small for numbers.Bigger outdoor lido would help.Overall a good vale hotel where staff were superb

A little treasure in the woods
The hotel, which is set in gardens and the woods is in a convenient position for the town if you like a walk. The walk in is lovely. Facilities in the room are good, tea machine, iron and hairdryer and the split level of the family room gives an extra bed. very quiet room and comfortable beds. The pool area is one of the best i have seen in a hotel for a while and the dining area in a pretty room overlooking woods.

You cant pay at hotel
Hotel is well looked after and functional. Free on site parking, pool etc. Breakfast is good. Only issue is that we are travelling with friends and chose the pay at hotel option as i had done all the booking. Apparently the hotel has a precharge policy which goes against the booking card. Not great hotels.com

Terrible experience.
Very noisy rooms with some sort of airconditioning on outside the rooms which vibrated and according to the staff could not be turned off. Tried four different rooms. The last one tried was quieter but the heating did not work and the electrical sockets were all loose in the walls. It was freezing cold outside so we needed the heating. The airconditioning was not needed. Terrible experience.

Great hotel and room. Good location. Excellent Christmas Day lunch. There should be a price list for mini bar items displayed or within room info - not clear if complementary or not until checkout - it is not.
