Other then having to have to YouTube how to work the shower - great stay. It was later at night when one of my party wanted strawberry margaritas and asked the front desk where to go. She went out of her way to drive (and had us follow her) to a spot she recommended. She even got out and said if we didn’t like, where exactly to go next. She was off duty and didn’t have to do that at all. But we appreciated it. Sadly I didn’t get her name - but she was awesome.

The front desk person charges the room twice at check in. They were told about this within a few hours ( as I waited to see if it would be reversed) nothing was done by the night clerk but ask non relevant questions. The next day person said she reversed the charge and it’s been 7 days and no credit yet!! There were people on either side of us that had their TVs up loud as possible ALL NIGHT and the exterior side door didn’t lock. Also left with flea bites on my feet and ankles !!

Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean, pleasant stay for one night. No negative comments here.

Whenever we travel to this area, we always stay here. They do a pretty good job of seeing to all our needs.

I got there earlier than check-in time but was allowed to check in. Beds were nice. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels but couldn't figure out how to turn the shower on. There was a stain on the roof from water damage. When we checked out, we asked about the shower and the lady said she gets questions all the time about it. You would think they would put instructions in the hotel or tell you about it when you check-in.
