The hotel is very close to most things in Bilbao. Next door to the bus terminal, lots of restaurants near by and the hotel is less than 3 mins walk to San Mames Stadium. The room is clean with basic necessities but there was no complimentary bottles of water which was disappointing. The TV channels on offer were moderate. Housekeeping people were fantastic.

An excellent hotel across the street from the Guggenheim (great view from the room). Fantastic concierge service: Needed to book a bus to Donostia/StSeb for the day but had trouble with the Avanza website (and my poor Spanish) - Virginia set me up the day before with instructions on where to find the bus. Perfect location, very nice amenities.

Hotel was clean, staff helpful.My beef is can’t open the windows as mosquitos come in, there is no screen and my room window faces another building. No comfortable chair spartan furniture. Location is great near the Guggenheim.

"Hotel is lovely, room clean. View excellent. No on site parking as indicated, parking lot is a mile walk on cobblestones. Leave your luggage in the car and just take backpacks. Village is charming. Most restaurants closed Sunday and Monday."
