the rooms were clean and the staff is exceptionally accommodating. a big plus is the hotel's willingness to keep your luggage for a day or two until you come back and claim it. and of course, it is very good value for money.

As a minimum value, I think it was worth the price/night we paid. Room service could have been more courteous.

Hotel close to most things

Atrium had very friendly staff. The room was a little run down and I often found cockroaches. Otherwise quite pleasant with breakfasts included. Wifi wasn't great I couldn't connect from my room.

NICE HOTEL

The hotel was very nice specially the scenery. It was very accessible. The staffs were nice and accommodating. The few things we didn't like were the WiFi it's to slow and limited only outside the rooms, and next was the comfort rooms I think they needed a renovation for it. But our stay was great. I hope they can fix those things.

Convenient Hotel in Pasay.

The staff are excellent, restaurant menu is good, and the included breakfast was okay. Rooms are large but starting to show their age. Stayed for ten days which exposed that the menu doesn't vary much. A wider range of cereals and spreads would be appreciated for breakfast. All isssues that arose were dealt with promptly and professionally by the staff. Rubi was especially helpful.

Good enough for a night stay. Staff are friendly and jolly. Needs an update on shower rooms though.
