Nice hotel; close to my job and close to the airpo

Pros: Location
Cons: Dont leave dirty room service dishes in the hallway. And if a guest complains, and you promise you will correct the issue, you should really deliver.

Location is excellent. Check in was a breeze; very welcoming. I walked to my room and found dirty dishes from breakfast earlier in the day stacked at my door. When I went down to dinner, I pointed this out to the desk, and they said they would take care of that immediately. When I went back upstairs after dinner ( 1.5 hrs ), the dirty dishes were still sitting there. Very disappoining. The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. I asked for a quiet room and it certainly was. Dinner at the restaurant was pleasant.

Stayed at the Red Lion in Pasco, WA the night before a very early flight. Staff provided a free ride to the airport and free parking for the duration of our trip, Plus, picked us up the night we arrived back in town and drove us to where our car was parked. No further expense. The room was very comfortable and we received the wake up call that we had requested. Food in the Bar was excellent..

Spacious

My room had an adjoining door which had about 2 inches of space at the bottom of the door. I could see light and hear the people next to me. I had to put something to block the gap because the light from the other room was so bright after I turned off my lights to go to bed. The complimentary breakfast at holiday inn express was way better than the breakfast I had here. I would not stay again.

Good hotel, friendly front desk staff.

Good hotel, clean for the most part. Kinda old, but not falling apart. Front desk staff is super accommodating and friendly. Waitstaff and kitchen staff are terrible. They don’t know what costumer service is if it hit them in the head. As a professional in this industry I’d say the whole waitstaff and kitchen staff should either be retrained or fired. The food is ridiculously expensive and terrible. There only seems to be three people working at any given time. Please Red Lion, I have stayed at a few of your hotels multiple times and found this to be a constant problem. Please fix this.

Convenient to the airport!

Very conveniently located to the Pasco airport, great for an early morning flight Also nice that they allow parking and have a shuttle to the airport. The room was clean, very spacious, and quiet. The front desk staff is very friendly, as are the bartenders at a steak restaurant (Crystal was so friendly!). The bartenders at the sports bar we’re not as attentive, they were talking to other patrons and telling stories while ignoring people at the end of the bar. Food at both is average. That aside, it’s a good value for the money and I would stay there again.

The hotel was really big and with a great layout. Nice amenities and great staff. They were very friendly and accommodating.

Good Value Close to Airport

Pros: Good value and very close to airport.
Cons: Hotel and rooms are getting dated.
Location: Close to airport and restaurants.
The Red Lion is very close to the airport and the hotel has a shuttle. The staff is very professional and courteous. I have stayed at the Red Lion before and the rooms are comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant and Grizzly Bar for meals. The rooms are getting a little dated, but the staff keeps them very clean. The staff was accommodating to shuttle me over the the airport as necessary for overnight stay and flights. I would stay there again.
