Cons: It seems that this hotel is for locals - you could not exchange dollars which is important for a traveling customer.
It seems that this hotel is for locals - you could not exchange dollars which is important for a traveling customer. The process of having your account "cerrada" closed means that you cannot charge your room. I did not understand this and had to open so I could. To appeal to international customers you should learn what international hotels have as services. Did like the rooms they were clean and functional on the small side. Most people at the hotel were very helpful.

Went to take care of business 1 night stay, buffet is great better than room service food I suppose ordered fajitas & fries 300 it was enough if I wasn't hungry but that's how they roll Room has A/C though not sure the heater works correctly didn't have patience to call room service again. Great stay thankyou

Rooms are to small,Beds are to small, other then that hotel very nice, clean great amenities. Great staff. Great location felt very safe. Great area.

Front desk need to work on manners. Bellmans are very nice and helpful. I'll give a high five to the bartenders and waiters. Special mention to our driver Antonio, punctual, professional and helpful.

Nice hotel great atmosphere uncomfortable bed

Pros: room very clean , staff very attentive,
Cons: Mattress need serious improvement I could not sleep was turning all night it was very disappointing
Location: relatively close to restaurant, parks, and many tourist attractions
service was great, staff were exceptional, rooms were very clean fresh linen every day wonderful. The only complaint I have is their bed is very uncomfortable could not sleep turn and turn all night will consider returning if bed improvements were made. That is the hole purpose of a hotel to have a good night sleep and get your rest. without comfortable beds it doesn't matter if the staff is great or the rooms are clean. Thank you

The staff was nice. The room and the bed too small. However it was clean. The wifi ok. The restaurante menu very limited.The location was very convinient. The lobby is nice however the halls are small and low celings.

Centrally located hotel in Mexico City

Stayed 2 nights at Emporio Reforma and appreciated the cleanliness and central location of the hotel. It is close by to many of the attractions (Frida Kahlo Museum, Castillo Chapultepec..), however traffic in Mexico City is crazy! So expect longer travel times (depending on the time of day), it often took us 40 minutes to and from attractions. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay at Emporio and staff was very accommodating.
