It was OK in general. Only a couple of minor situations: a. It took them a couple of days to locate a pair of shoes I left for shoe shining. b. No shower caps in the room. We had to wait almost 30 min to get them
I enjoyed my stay very much, felt safe (traveled by myself), within walking distance to key tourist points, including big handcrafts market at La Ciudadela. Great and quick response of staff to difficult situation (9/7 earthquake). I will recommend it, no doubt!
There were lots of restuarants near by and we felt super safe. They had hotel security outside around the clock. There were lots of businesses and overall even though it's undergoing some renovation. The hotel was in a great location.
