“the double standard room is so small that can only put two small beds , because the holidays so i guess that is why the hotel cannt help to change to one kind bed. the breakfast is so limited ,what is wrose ,i waited 15 minutes for the omelet but someone come later than me can take in advance , the room is clean, the waiter is kind and general environment is good”

The views from our room were spectacular. This is a family run business and their attention to detail really shows. We can’t wait to return to this oasis in the mountains.”

“We absolutely adored our stay. We had stayed here before while using Banos as a central hub for our travels, so we were excited to stay here again. We were lucky to have an upgrade to the detached king room, which was beautiful and spacious. Everything at the property is clean and so well kept. The staff are fantastic and kind, we did a few excursions this time including rafting and hiring bikes to do the waterfall trail. Both were amazing and organised so well by the hotel staff and associated……

“Habitaciones confortables y organizadas. Excelente limpieza. El desayuno incluido estuvo muy bueno, así como también la atención del personal, muy atentos. El espacio para parqueos de vehículos es bastante estrecho, y suele ser limitado en cantidad. Se recomienda asígnar los espacios de parqueos de acuerdo con el orden de llegada de los huéspedes. Una de las noches, salimos a cenar y cuando retornamos al hotel el guardia nos dijo que no había espacio para el vehículo y que tenía que ir a dejarlo……
