"A great place "

"I'm happy we were only here for one night. There's not many places where you can eat (on a Monday at least) so we ended up eating at the hotel, which was fine, but I found it too expensive for what we got. Our first experience at the hotel, which honestly is not acceptable is that when we arrived to the hotel room we were looking at the room and bathroom where we were staying. I was going to the bathroom when I saw there was PEE on the toilet seat, just gross! So we went down to the reception...

"Pleasant rustic hotel in good location at side of lake, ample free parking. Room quite large with plenty of storage space. We booked room with lake view, can be noisy as this also looks over bar and restaurant. Breakfast adequate continental, dinner in restaurant very good. Downside is basic maintenance, worn lock on bedroom door, creaking doors, wardrobe door would not stay closed, toilet system flush required replacing, reported no WiFi in bedroom for 3 days finally working on day we departed."

"The hotel is beautiful and it has that historic vibe but modernized. Breakfast was very good and varied, coffee, omelette, bread, serrano ham, cheese, etc. The only thing is the logistic of taking luggage to hotel, can be improved. But whole experience is good!"
