I was extremely impressed with the hotel 1.5 years ago when I visited with my mom. The hotel didn't change much but I feel service standard dropped a bit. I must say I had a shock when I saw a 2 cockroaches crawling all over the coffee machine at breakfast area. And the best part is that staff did not even feel embarrassed or apolozed. He seemed annoyed instead. Also, there was a problem with hot water on our last night and the response we got from staff, ok, MAYBE I will get engineering to see what's wrong. Or maybe not? The problem persisted and only once we called second time, we were told that there is no solution to the problem because this is happening to the entire hotel. We had to shower in lukewarm water. On the other hand. I really appreciate early check in and the gentleman who checked us is was really sweet and nice. I also really enjoyed the service from reservation department who helped book transfer for arrival from airport. I must say, the van is very very comfy. I also have another reservation on 9th of september and the above 2 things (reservations and check in) make me feel that deevana is worth coming back to. And although I understand that technical problems are hard to predict and sometimes are unavoidable, I wish something can be done about pests for the sake of all guests and staff. Thank you

Great location

This hotel has good facilities, and is a great location close to the action in Patong Beach but far enough away for some quiet. Buffet breakfast has a good variety. Room on the ground floor was rather noisy with people passing constantly.

When we checked in aircon was not working well, but staff was very good and they changed our room asap. Thank you Deevana and their workers

Decent, good location

Check in is a little slow. Nice welcome drink and cold cloth. Room is terribly dirty and dusty. Found a group of ants on the floor near the bed surrounding a piece of old food. The floor, bed tables and coffee tea area had a thick layer of dust! Obviously, house keeping wasn't doing their job. Bed sheets still not changed after 3 nights and when asked to only the duvet cover was changed. I then asked for the pillow cases changed too. The attitude of the cleaner wasn't good after that. She did her job threw down the pillows and left in a hurry! Hotel is decent and has a nice pool and good location, however rooms (had booked 2 rooms) were both dirty and dusty. Will not stay again as there are plenty of other options in Phuket.

Room was not ready after check in time. Took us 40 min to check in and about 45 min to check out. Have never experienced such delays

Nice hotel in quite safe area but close enough

Good fast check in with lovely helpful staff Good quite safe area but still short taxi ride to the action. Suitable for families i loved the pool but 20 kids can be a little rowdy, however would stay again if in Patong

Amazing stay! Comfort, value and excellent service. Close to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Easy to travel to other places in Phuket from there.
