Great location, close to everything

We had a little over a week stay. The price is excellent especially since we had a large family and needed 3 rooms. Palmyra is within an easy level walking distance to the Patong shopping district but far enough away and set back off the main road to be quiet at night. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the place is kept very clean. Free Wifi was a bonus. It's a good 3 star option for anyone wanting to stay at Patong.

A nice hotel with comfortable and clean rooms

Pros: Everything. The staff are so helpful.
This was my 2nd stay, everything is here or nearby that I needed. God place for a few days break.

Good hotel in Patong

Pros: Good price, spacious room, good bed and bathroom. Received a 500B voucher to spend at the bar or restaurant. Buffet breakfast was included as well.
Cons: Nothing that stands out.
Location: About 500m into the centre of Patong. Plenty to see and do there.
Booked this at last minute as plans had changed. Decent rooms with space - good bed and bathroom. A short walk to centre of Patong.

Palmyra Patong Resort

Nice resort in the middle of Patong but tucked away enough to rest quietly when you need. Very clean, tidy room which was a good size for two. We had a good view of the pool. The pool was lovely, refreshing & clean. The waterfall feature is cool. Daily breakfast was included in our cost, was adequate although the selection was limited. Did enjoy the tropical fruits & juices. Staff were very friendly. Poolside bar was good. A good selection of cocktails, although (being picky here) a lime tastes very different to a lemon!!! All cocktails that should've had lemons/juice got limes, does make a diiference! We used the restaurant 2x, both times the food was very good. Authentic thai selections were very tasty. Booked 2 tours through the resort, not sure if they could've been cheaper booked elsewhere, was just convenient for us. Would stay here again but would book a pool access room. Public taxi's/tuk tuks at the resort entrance.

Fantastic Value

Location: Good location and 10 min walk to beach.
Palmyra Resort represents fantastic value for the size and quality of the rooms. Bar and restaurant facilities are good and offer great value also.

Dear Philip Thank you for staying with us and for writing your feedback. Our sincerest apology if your stay with us was unhappy and we were not able to provide you a high quality of service. We always care for the comfort of our guests and we immediately take actions in case we receive complaint during their stay. In your case, our technician came into your room to check the cause of the water dropping in the bed right after we received the complaint from you. The technician found out that this was because of the air condensation due to very cold weather at that night, which rarely happened. To sort it out, the technician cleaned the area where the water dropped and informed the receptionist. However, the receptionist on duty failed to notify you about it. As we always ensure to deliver a high quality of service to our guest, the head of our front office department already talked and warned the receptionist on duty at that time. Our hotel management has also consulted a specialist for case like this to seek an advice. And so far right now, we assure that this situation will never happen again because we had already a solution how to prevent it. Kindest Regards
